It was such a relief to obtain a medical recommendation from Catherine Burbank! She was polite, considerate, non-judgmental and completely understood the benefit of Marijuana. She even offered me some great advice. Service was friendly and fast. Directions were clear and easy to understand. The staff was also friendly, attentive and quick to reply. I will speared the word about the wonderful service I received and would definitely go back again.
I had a great experience with Canna Care Docs. They made signing up for an appointment simple and the process took less then a day from start to finish. Canna Care made sure I had all the instructions to get singed up with the state as well and sent me a copy of my temporary card. If you interested in obtaining your medical card, look no further than Canna Care.
I was pleasantly surprised at how thoroughly Karen went through my history. She asked questions that not even my primary care doctor of over a decade had inquired about. She carefully listened to my answers and completely answered any questions. I felt very comfortable and she educated me about rules I was not aware of. By the time that I left my consultation I had learned more than I had ever expected to. Highly professional with an overall standard of care that’s superseded my expectations. I would recommend anybody who is seeking a medical marijuana license to contact CannaCare! Thank you
The receptionist and the person who called to enroll me both did their jobs crossing the T's and dotting the I's as well as they should have. The reason that I only gave a 3 star rating is that their informal and chummy way of communicating was less than professional. I am 67 years old. Old fashioned I suppose. Here is an example of my experience. The receptionist kept referring to me as 'Hon'. In my mind this is not cool. I realize that in her mind it is just being friendly and I was friendly back but did not find it endearing. The other woman probably said "Gotcha" 7-8 times when I answered the list of questions that she asked. Also not a very professional way to communicate with anyone looking to build a relationship with a business. Thanks for asking for my opinion.
Doug who did my intake was awesome and made everything self explanatory and easy. Karen was awesome as well making everything easy and asking all the right questions to meet my needs. Professional and comfortable to talk to.
I gave the doctors and the nurses in A + +. They make you feel so comfortable there very easy talk too sweet I can't ask for anything better it really puts my anxiety to ease.
I was very pleased with the entry process until I received my latest email with my registration information and temporary card. The person I spoke to asked me a few questions and asked me to spell my first and last name. So I’m reading my email and the spelled my last name incorrectly. Now I have to reach someone tomorrow to straighten it out!
Thank you to Christina and Karen for another phenomenal experience with CannaCare, done this year as smoothly and easily as ever through a safe virtual screening. Absolutely recommended for all fellow patients!
Knowledgeable and friendly, but.... Look, the whole Canna Care model feels like patients are getting pushed through a factory, which makes me feel at least like I am getting treated like a junkie. It is almost pointless to call the local Northampton clinic number because approx. 9/10 times I have called, I get directed to the call centre. The call centre simply tell patients things that aren't true; despite what they told me on separate occasions, Northampton doesn't do walk-ins any more for renewals and I couldn't just stop in to drop up a document they needed before processing my renewal. I was also told the same incorrect thing by the consulting RN when I had my initial renewal consult. They couldn't even tell me if I had the right document when I was forced to rescheduled upon arrival since they incorrect info. All in all, the delays and requirement to buy from the recreational side of a dispensary has cost me almost $100 extra out of pocket, so thanks for that... Finally, they are always showing videos in the waiting room devoted largely recreational use of marijuana. The last time, the video was all about pairing marijuana with wine; a lot of med users have addiction issues with alcohol and other substances, making the waiting room in that moment triggering for folks and inappropriate for a medical setting. I will not use them when I next have to renew and can't recommend them to anyone.
I have several medical conditions. Pills are hard for my to take. Thank you canna care docs for giving me a new option! You are all amazing. kind and informative.
