valley medical, specialist are often booked well beyond a month. Often time, there's just one specialistneurology, podiatry, sports med, rheumatology, etc to service all three branches in MA in the network. most valley medical specialist are at each location just one day a week. ONE DAY a week!! and that is why it might take 4 to 6 weeks to see them. It feels like a free healthcare clinic. or they are intentionally cheeping out on hiring more specialized dr

I see Lisa Rivera and she is wonderful! She truly cares about her patients. She even sent me a congratulatory card in the mail when my baby was born. I also see Elissa Foreman for therapy & she’s an absolute angel! I feel so heard and supported by her as well. I’ve had really great care at valley medical.

I love the Valley Medical Group. That goes from the appointments scheduling, lab technicians, support staff, associated specialists, highly qualified referrals and especially the doctors. They are the very best in their fields. The are receptive, kind and good listeners. They clearly have the best training and education, highest ethics, well-rounded experience, and tireless energy and enthusiasm. My family are multi-ethnic, have many challenging conditions, and have given us the very best medical attention on a par with the very best in this country.

The people working are all really nice, but with the 15 minutes time slots that doctor's get, the treatments feel rushed and I've often had something left partially unfinished, sometimes a bit shockingly. :/ Still, they do try and make time for you.

This review is regarding Dr Jennifer DePiero. I was concerned about a possible infection after my wisdom tooth extraction. The dentist called me back after I made the appointment and I decided to still go to get checked out. We heard Dr DePiero in the hallway saying to her med student, “why is she here and not there?” and I knew it was going to be a bad experience. I told her when she came in that my dental office couldn’t get me in to be seen. She said “That’s not what I was asking. I don’t treat dental issues.” And I asked where I should have gone then. My dentist does not have weekend or after hour availability. She had me take off my mask - I took it down and she preceded to take it off over my head and made a comment about “ducks” it’s a n95. I have been here ten years and this experience is the worst I have ever had. My file shows that I have mental health disorders - being invalidated is one of my biggest triggers. I’m sorry to have inconvienced her. I’m not sure why she still works at VMG with all the bad reviews on the internet. I will be submitting a complaint to the Board of Registration in Medicine.

Amazing. I took a leap! I have only ever seen one doctor before but unfortunately I wasn't being heard. I called this office and told them everything. The woman I spoke to was so kind and immediately got me in to be seen because it was a medical emergency. Just one appt and they figured it out and immediately started me on meds and booked another appointment. I am very pleased with this office and would highly reccomend it! The patient portal is also very easy and so convenient!!

I'm very grateful for the excellent care. The staff were all very warm and helpful. They had my records at hand and listened carefully to what I had to say, then acted on it expeditiously.

my pcp is amazing….. the psychologist i saw however was rude, dismissive, and always seemed annoyed with me. the on-call doctor is also very unhelpful and refused to even talk to me when i needed help, i had to talk through an equally unkind and dismissive nurse who would in turn talk to the doctor, only to call me back and belittle me while i was crying. wish i knew the names of the people who “helped” me…
