We specialize in high quality North American and European made machinery, tools and small parts. We stock new, used, and new old stock items and add to our inventory daily.

Lots of neat stuff, big and small this place seems to have it. Plus they can order anything else you may need. My friend who is a logger bought a 60lb 4' long pipe wrench, and I bought some dremel bits so small they went into my wallet! Like I said, they have everything bg or small! Worth a trip if you have never been here for sure!
I always find those strange tools that none of the big box stores carry. I've even found things I didn't know I needed! I stop in every few weeks wether I need to or not!
They really go out of the way in terms of service and there are always hidden treasures to find while browsing.
You can stumble across some absolute gems if you are interested in antique or unique tools. The team that runs this place is really fantastic. I always enjoy visiting.
This has been my favorite store on earth since I first dropped in most of ten years ago. Thinking back, some of the things I bought really stand out - NOS CCCP military issue vodka flasks, a billy club and whistle, a beautiful polished stainless pitcher, a new set of German made Sternsteiger Damascus steel kitchen knives, four pairs of professional hair scissors from the same company, and many more curiosities and works of art. On the tool side of things, there are far too many to list. Tools which are used on a daily basis from top European, Japanese, and North American manufacturers, machining tools, and many others which I never knew existed, and which frequently raise the eyebrows of tool people when they witness something they have never seen solve a problem they have always had... I went here for my daughter's sixth birthday present. She got a beautiful new toolbox stocked with Facom, Wera, Wiha, and many others, for the same price or less than the sale prices of inferior tools at popular national stores. She has never been so excited for a gift, nor shown such pride of ownership. I frequently fix things for people, and in the pre-covid days, my daughter would always make me smile: My guests know she's a tool kid, and will sometimes try to challenge her knowledge by sending her to the tool chest to fetch for example a number two Phillips screwdriver. She is quite shy, and she will glance at the fastener, then at my friend, then at me, and quietly ask if perhaps they meant to ask for a number two Pozidriv... Cardon tools and the family have done something that has tangibly improved my life, brought joy to my kids, and helped bring a little humility to my adult friends who have been tool-schooled by a six-year-old girl... Well done.
WOW, I could spend hours here browsing all the various tools and supplies. Some tools are brand new, some are used, and others are new in their original packaging but old. The shopkeeper was very helpful and friendly. There are tools here that you won't find anywhere else. Worth the drive from Toronto! They also have a cute cat.
I refuse to buy tools anywhere else
This place is just awesome. They have an ever-changing selection of new and used items - tools machinist, carpentry, etc., machinery, housewares, materials, books, you name it. Over the years I've purchased some really fine and cherished pieces here and all at brag-able prices: for example, a USA-made kitchen knife, various small tools, Swiss-made axe, hand saw, and most recently a tool chest that my girlfriend drove out to pick up for me for as a birthday present - the price was good enough to make the 1.5 hr drive worth it! We stop in whenever we pass by on our way to and from Ottawa and always leave with something cool.
