I had my third delivery here 3 weeks ago, Veronica my midwife and Samantha my nurse were wonderful. They were both incredibly attentive, listened well to my concerns and addressed them, and communicated my options thoroughly. I also felt compared to my previous deliveries, this was a partnership and I felt heard and supported. They were also flexible and informative when I changed my mind, there’s a lot of judgement and Mom shaming that can happen in labor and I did not experience that at all. I would have had 5 stars but I was induced and there was some miscommunication the day prior to my arrival, I had to call back multiple times to find out when I could come in. I understand they can’t control women in active labor needing rooms, they take priority, I just wish that instead of me having to continually call back that they would have communicated with me when I was told they would. However once I got there, my experience was great.

Would not recommend. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I was in active labor and came here to have my baby. They would not admit me. Denise, the midwife, is horrible and should be removed from her job. She couldn’t do a proper cervical check due to contractions but decided I was only two centimeters dilated just because. No medical evaluation or evidence to back up her opinion. I knew I was more advanced than that. I was left screaming in pain in the triage bed moving from side to side in triage crying begging someone to admit me to give me pain medication. They just left me on the triage bed. Screaming in pain for hours. This is my third baby and was THE worst experience of my life. I wanted to be admitted and an epidural. Denise tried to tell me I wasn’t in labor when I KNOW I was. She forced me to go through a natural labor, no medication, no monitoring of the baby or me. I was left alone in triage for four hours. No one checked on me while I went through labor by myself - Denise tried to send me home twice. I couldn’t even move I was in so much pain. She did not care. I had to go through the pain of a natural labor by myself on the toilet in the triage room. I rocked back and forth on the toilet In the triage room pacing myself through my contractions as my daughter was coming by myself. My water broke on the toilet. They tried to rush me to a delivery room after but she was coming. I was screaming in pain while they were rolling me down the hall. They were knocking me against both sides of the walls because they couldn’t steer the bed straight on the way to the room. They wouldn’t give me anything. My daughter ended up coming out purple, they worked on her for over ten minutes and was in nicu for four days. I will never be over this. This was the most traumatizing experience of my life. All they tried to do was say sorry and give me a gift basket. I don’t even know if my daughter would have made it if we went home like Denise tried to get us to do two times. Don’t go here. I wouldn’t wish this on anybody. I want everyone to know about this experience because NO ONE should have to go through this.

Grateful for my labor and delivery experience here. Nurses are amazing and caring.
