Dr. Kim is great. Very easy to talk to and he wastes no time. I'm glad he's my pulmonologist.

Had some issues at first with COVID regulations, etc.. miscommunication with the appointment screener. The physician was nice and seemed knowledgeable. The office is exceptionally clean and brand new. I would give it 5 stars except for the poor communication in the beginning.

Dr. Kim always listens to all of my concerns I trust him with my health. . The entire staff is friendly and caring. If you email Orr call they always get back to you quickly. Cindy is the Best!

Every time I call, they answer and say "Atrium... hold please," and make me sit for 20 minutes. Then when I ask a question, they transfer me to the clinical line and tell me to leave them a voicemail and they'll call me back which they don't.  I'm just trying to get my cpap machine, and they're not helping me.
