Great experience! I was a walk in and just needed my glasses repaired, the lady at the front desk was super friendly and polite. One of the ear pieces were bent and a nose piece was broken off and she politely explained to me where the ear piece was bent was were the spring was and sometimes they would break when they tried to adjust it and told me very politely they couldn't be responsible if it did break. So she went to work on them and she went far and beyond my expectations. She bought the glasses back to me and she had replaced both nose pieces and straightened the ear piece out almost perfect. Then there wasn't even any charge for the work she had done and she spent 20-30 minutes working on them. Great service and great friendly staff. I will definitely be bringing my business here from now on
It's a great place. They have a variety of frames and options. They also accept a lot of different insurances.
Friendly, compassionate and professional. Plus they have one of the best ophthalmologists around in my opinion. And Dr. Kanitkar is amazing and always on point and if you're like me and have a low income they try to work with you and find the best possible solution. Other eye care places around here could learn something by their example.
Me and my husband has been going here for years, same doctor and we absolutely love it. He does really good care on our eyes. Thanks for all the years we've been coming and many more years to come hopefully he doesn't retire any time soon.
Love the place and the people went there on Friday for my glasses today than you guys so much and pretty cheap I 100000% recommend this place
My 8 yr old daughter recently had an appointment for her annual exam and we were very pleased with the friendliness of the staff. The doctor was great and did extremely well with her. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain things and answer my daughter's question. Also my daughter's glasses were done and ready to be picked up the same day. Great experience all around!
My wife and I had an Awesome experience at Visionworks Optometry. The Doctor was professional and very personable. The staff made us feel welcome, and were extremely helpful during our visit.
Wonderful doctor! Knowledgeable, honest, informative, genuinely cared about my husband's vision. And he had a great sense of humor! My husband was also able to pick a pair of glasses that he liked and the technician helped him with choosing the correct lenses according to his insurance. It was a very good experience and I would highly recommend Visionworks!
Lady at the counter was very rude and had an attitude. We asked for something simple just to get my wife's glasses tightened and she said I can do it but if they break it's not my problem. I also felt bad for the customer in front of us as she gave her a very hard time and an attitude. My wife was going to set an appointment for an exam and new glasses but now because of the way we were treated we will be going elsewhere. If I could give a 0 star I would. My review is not worth even giving them 1 star.
Wonderful staff. Everyone was so patient and kind especially with our little girl. Great selection and prices, no pressure on upgrades above what our insurance pays. Dr. Kanitkar was awesome with all 3 of us and explained everything in a very professional way with great knowledge and expertise. Definitely will be back. Excellent experience!
