I was very sick with this sinus cold I got. I was lucky that I was taking care by N. Oliver a great Practitioner. She gave all meds that help me to brake this mucus, for the infection and cough that it was bad. On top of that a chest X-rays to make sure no pneumonia. That it’s what I called a complete check and she helped me a lot because I am feeling better now. My husband was sic like me but unfortunately he got B. Clark and she only gave him a syrup and he continued getting worst. We end up talking him to another place to really help him with his sickness. To everyone make sure the correct practitioner get to see you. I thank you to the care giving to me only. She gave me great care.
Highly disappointed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I checked in at 8:45 as a walk in… I am completely understanding of appointments and how an appointment trumps a walk in… however… when I walked in there were 2 walk in ahead of me… why is it that I’ve watched this 2 walk ins go… as well as 5-6 appointments but then I watch 3 different individuals walk up to the desk with no appointment, one had never been here before and all of them were taken back within 10 minutes and I’m still being told I have 2 appointments ahead of me when you just took 3 non appointments… going on 2 hours…. So disappointed!
As a healthcare professional myself I was expecting to meet someone that will meet my daughter and our needs and that was not the case. I was greeted by an unprofessional front desk receptionist that stopped me that they were no longer accepting walk-ins. She should remember it as a professional herself that this is not exceptional Healthcare
I was very sick so I decided to go to this Urgent Ctr. Unfortunately the care of B. Clark was very poor. The only syrup she gave me was not enough to all the issues I had. Since I continue the same I ended up visiting another Novant Urgent Center that started helping me right away. I was not pleased with the care that I received.
This urgent care is the best in the area. All of the staff were pleasant and I was able to get in and out quickly. The provider took the time to listen to my concerns and answered all my questions.
My mom’s doctor, Dr Taecia Natranko was the absolute worst. My mom went to the emergency TWO times and was NEEDING MEDICINE for her high blood pressure but the doctor didn’t prescribe any; instead my mom had to talk to the nurse not even her personal Dr and they told her to just go back to the emergency. Waste of time and she received no help.
Dr Childs was the nicest urgent care doctor I’ve ever experienced. He even went out of his way to have a nurse call me to make sure I knew to check with my insurance regarding referrals before I sought out a specialist for my issue.
I came here because I was experiencing rapid heart beat when walking. The nurse downplayed my symptoms and asked if I had “anxiety”. I was sent home. Turns out I had fluid around my heart and lungs and needed to be hospitalized….
Everyone was kind and friendly, even without my insurance card, they went the extra mile in order to help us with our situation. Thank you so much to all. Blessings for everyone.
My husband and I were on vacation and both tested positive for COVID. When we arrived we were told that it was a 4-5 hour wait and the Dr. On call would not prescribe antivirals to an out of state patient. As we were leaving to head back home, the receptionist, Noemi, ran out and called us back. She had talked to another provider there and explained our situation. They got us in quickly and prescribed the medicines our Doctor had recommended. Noemi and all of the staff were very helpful, friendly, thorough and professional. We are home and recovering well thanks to Atrium Urgent Care but mostly Noemi! God Bless.
