Incredibly disappointed is an understatement.  I recently moved out of a 2 bedroom condo and found a groupon for carpet cleaning services for up to 5 rooms.  My girlfriend left two voicemails trying to schedule an appointment.  Both voicemails went unanswered.  I was finally able to get them to return my call about a week later and set up an appointment for this morning. At 9:30am I received a call saying he would arrive in 1 hour.  He didn't show up until 11:30am.  He did not apologize for being late nor did the man introduce himself when I opened the door, he simply said "carpets".  When he entered the home he did not remove his shoes, which I found a little disrespectful as he was tracking leaves everywhere, but since I figured he was the one who was going to have to clean the carpets I didn't make a fuss about it.  He walked through my 2 bedroom apartment and told me that my living room would count as 2 rooms because of it's size keep in mind this is a 2 bedroom condo.  He also refused to clean the stairs unless I paid him $3/stair.  I decided to let that one slide if he would just clean my 2 bedrooms and living room.  He told me it would take him 40 minutes and he excused himself to go get his equipment.  He then got in his car, drove away, and refused to answer another phone call.  I don't believe he ever intended to clean anything because he was driving a small Nissan that didn't look like it could fit a normal vacuum much less carpet cleaning equipment.  This "company" is the definition of a scam.

Extremely unprofessional and a ripoff! I purchased the $49 for 5 rooms carpet cleaning.  Called to make an appointment.  I was trying to get a "late as they can get" appointment and he said that the latest he can do is a 4pm.  I agreed to an appointment of a 4pm on Tuesday yesterday.  I made sure to be home by 4pm but at 4:10, he has not arrived so I called and left a message.  I waited until 4:45 and headed out the door.  As I was leaving, he was pulling up.  I told him he was late and I called him to see where he was.  He did not apologize but instead insisted that he gave me a window.  At first, he said I gave you a window between 4 and 5pm which he did not at all because he insisted 4pm is the latest.  After going back and forth, I went ahead and let him see the areas I want cleaned.  He looked at my living room and said that that counts as two room since it's more than 200 sq ft.  This is not true - I've bought similar Groupon vouchers and never did those companies say that counts as two rooms.  He also says that I need deep cleaning in that room which is additional $60.  At that point, I was so disappointed that I told him I will have to call him back if I decide to make another appointment.  I did not use the Groupon.  I called Groupon today and asked them to refund me or give me Groupon Bucks for what I paid because I was completely dissatisfied with this guy.  DON'T and I mean NEVER DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY.  Look at other people's review which is similar to my experience.

The guy had listed "Up to 3 rooms of carpet cleaning services costs $39" on Groupon. After coming late and finishing my two rooms and complaining for having to move night stands,  I was charged $75, the regular price. Groupon got me a poor service, if I had known I picked  a better provided. Not recommending this. The guy did a poor cleaning work.

A Groupon was purchased as a gift for us to have our carpets cleaned. We called during the week to schedule the appointment for Saturday morning. On the morning of, we received a call that the driver was on the way. When he arrived he called to say he needed help with finding parking. We gave him locations of where he could park, after not hearing from him for 30 minutes, I called him and he said he left because he couldn't find a parking space and that we needed to reschedule! This was so unprofessional and he should have told us that he was leaving so we could have moved on with our day. He also hung up on me several times and then never answered his phone again. I would advise everyone stay away from this business. It's a complete scandal and waste of your time!!!
