Normally when shopping here I get good customer service however on 7/21/21 I did not receive such treatment. When checking out I was not greeted or welcomed , I had to ask to be checked out with two associates chatting about school or whatever. She Angelina continued to keep her conversation going as she waited on me without eye contact. I will be returning my iems to this store and shopping somewhere else .

Read the latest reviews..awful customer service.. no greeting, they help who they “want” to help..while ignoring others..cashier Yeseam on 10/25/21 was plain rude and her customer service awful..I will never shop here again..it’s sad when the service reps are annoyed by doing their job..another customer mentioned the associates kept talking as if customers weren’t patiently waiting for help..but got ignored

The sales were really basic and some of the clothing selections are smaller than the size indicated. You may have to go up a size to save the trouble of coming back to exchange

Carter's outlet is a great place to shop for children's clothes. This store at the Houston Premium Outlet mall has a great selection and the prices are not discounted considerably but they are lower than in the normal Carter store.

Need to update hours online. Drove in from Hempstead to find that they don’t open for another hour on Sundays. They rudely tapped the hours sign when tried to enter the locked door as all the employees stood around the entrance talking.
