Carter's

This store's returns process is terrible!!!!! If you don't have the receipt, they won't give you a merchandise credit. They require you to make a purchase right away for the refund amount. This is really frustrating especially if you do not need something right away, or if you don't have enough time to stay around and shop. The least they can do is offer an "in-store" only merchandise credit, like several other retail stores do! Not customer friendly at all!!!!! Buy the same Carters stuff from Kohl's or another retail store. They cost the same and you won't have this headache if you choose to return!

Friendly staff, well lit and clean store. Everything is organized nice and prices are easy to find. They do curbside as well as can ship things to the store for you. Returns are easy as well if needed!

I went to this Carter’s for the first time tonight 11/21/2020, I called a head and was told they closed at 8pm. As I was just finishing my shopping the music turned of and the store went silent, I looked at my phone it was 7:45. As I was paying one of the two employees walked over and locked the front doors, when I left it was 7:50. I felt like I was in-convincing them and being pushed out of the store. I was also a little surprised to see them locking the doors at 7:45 when I was told they were open until 8. Customer service is lacking.

This store is amazing!! The employees are always nice, helpful and smiling. Customer service is top notch! This is one of my favorite stores to shop for my kids. Most of their clothes are from here. The prices and quality are fantastic and can’t be beat!! That’s why I’m a regular shopper

It was VERY difficult to find the store, especially since I'm not too familiar with Clifton Park. When using GPS it says the store is located in the mall part next to DMV; It is not. It's located next to Bath and Body Works on the complete other side of where the GPS had told us to go. Other than the misleading directions, the store is very nice. My only complaint is that the location of the swimsuits were a little difficult to find.

I love this store in Clifton Park NY. Employees are always pleasant and always helpful. The manager makes sure she knows her customers and welcomes them back everytime they walk through the door. I have never been disappointed while shopping. Always a great experience

Omg if I could live here I would. They have the best clothes and sales. I'll be so sad when my kids grow out of Carter's. This store is always clean and full of all the newest choices. Absolutely love it!!!

Good store. Well kept, updated appearance, racks aren't too close together you can actually maneuver that stroller around. Good amount of selection. Nice staff.

Love their clothes - made to last, durable, wash nicely, cute & stylish. This store is a little on the smaller side but still a nice selection.

Very nice selection of infant, toddler and young child's clothing. Helpful and knowledgeable staff. Easy to shop instore.
