Went in to get a new belly button ring because the ball fell out and the girl working was amazing, even helped me put the ball on! However, I went in a couple days later to get a new one because I had picked one that wasn’t too comfortable. As soon as I walked in, a different girl with pink hair that works there gave me a dirty look and was talking on the phone with her friend until two more customers came in. I asked her if they had 12mm bars longer bars and she said no. She wouldn’t open the case because she was “sure” they didn’t have longer piercings. Probably the laziest worker I’ve ever seen and she told me to go to another store for my piercings. I’m 21 years old and I know Claire’s isn’t the best place for jewelry but I didn’t have much time so referring me to a store 20 minutes away doesn’t really help me.
I went there with my mom just to look and we talked each other into getting more piercings. We had a worker named Ashlee I think that’s how she spells her name who was so freaking nice and relatable. I talk a lot, so having someone so considerate to talk to was sweet. Our conversations made my day. Really nice company and I didn’t even feel the piercings. Overall it was an amazing experience and I’d gladly go back again to that Claire’s specifically. Thank you, Ashlee.
This was horribly impatient store manager ..I arrived with my child at 4:20pm and was told my child’s ears can’t be pierced because they closed at 5pm.. I’m disappointed and disgusted of the impatient behavior this manager had just to get home..
Nice people. Store is way too crowded with stuff.
Daughter and I stopped in to look for a birthday gift. The two women working there didn't greet us at all. They were too busy trying things on and takie selfies.
The woman working around 7:30 pm Aug 19, 2021 was very friendly and helpful helping me with a gift for my niece.
I was just there to get my sons ear peirced and the lady said just so you know we are closing early. I asked why and she said they have no one to keep it open. Smh
Erica was very professional and very attentive. Great about recommending the right product. Very thorough about the cleaning process on new piercings.
