Carter's

I always buy my boy nice clothes, shoes, backpack, toys, pjs, jackets etc from Carter's & OshGosh brands. They have Hotwheels & American flag shirts, tanks! Sometimes I order online, delivery pickup or shop in the store. Cute, classy, great quality merchandise.

Very helpful staff who had my pickup orders ready to go. There was no line at the time. Items were of great quality and exactly as described.

Excellent customer service with Paloma and especially another young man who was busy working and went out of his way to get me a shopping cart as my hands were quite full! I give them a 10+ for going over and beyond! Love shopping with Carter's! My favorite brand for infants and toddler's!

The sign posted says buy one get one free. The cashier and rang up my daughter shoes and it was half off one one full price. She wouldn't honor her sign. So we had to buy one at full price. Returning the shoes. Won't shop there again.

This place is great for babys and kids cloths, cant resist to go get something at least once every couple of weeks, cute clothes, designs and their prices are fantastic.

It's nice to have a large selection of Carter's clothing in one store. However, this morning, my experience with Justin was not acceptable. I mentioned the music blasting out of the speakers was not pleasant for shopping. Justin's response, "Get used to it." I thought of his statement as I entered Costco which is about a mile away and purchased Carter's clothing for much less. Justin, I will be returning my purchases because I don't need to get used to it. I vote with my purse. To other pre-millennials I'd suggest, "Grow up" and cater to your customers if you want us.

Everyone is usually cheerful and helpful, but today I received the worst customer service ever!! Karla E. was at the register and clearly didnt want to help me. Never smiled. Shouted "Next Customer!" after handing me reciepts. Made me feel so unwelcome, unwanted and annoyed with my presence. Will never go again!! Taking my business elsewhere

This is a good outlet location. Prices are not as cheap as you would hope but the store is always clean and the staff is very nice/ helpful.
