GAP OUTLET - CARLSBAD PREMIUM OUTLETS

Absolute trash employees took advantage of my brother and pressured him into signing up for a credit card. I understand that it’s policy to ask, and employees have a ridiculous quota to make, but it’s terrible when they know a young adult cannot make the informed decision to open a line of credit. You should have taken the “No” and moved on! This has turned into a lesson of the seriousness of credit, but more importantly to not fall victim to pushy sales people. Very disappointed with this team, especially the cashier. No one needs worthless retail credit cards.

My wife did some online shopping for Christmas presents and one of my son's pants had the security tag still on the pants. Diana took care of the problem without a hitch!!! She's definitely an asset to the outlet!!!
