The store itself is nice- but the staff are terrible! Well- depending who you are apparently because the few other women in the store were treated great, so the staff can be nice IF they want. I was even trying to make conversation with them and they were still awful! It was a watered down version of the scene in Pretty Woman where they judge, and I have plenty of money to shop there. I guess don’t be young and go in casual- because these women are terrible. The company needs to train the staff on true customer service- especially these days. You never know who you are serving - so don’t judge. I get better treatment at Louis Vuitton, where I’ve been to different locations all over the world. Seriously don’t judge people FashionPhile!!!
APPOINTMENTS ONLY, REGISTER ONLINE Fashionphile is located at the top of a dead end road, inside a privately gated/guarded facility. Fashionphile is a HIGH END shopping boutique where you can purchase used bags, at an extreme discount. They provide free water, chocolates and plentiful seating for your viewing. Selena was super helpful and provided us with a great first experience!
Had a wonderful experience at the Carlsbad showroom. I came in to sell a few pieces and look at the Sac De Jour. So glad I got to see them in person because it helped me figure out I only wanted the black grained leather version. The team is friendly and helpful. Would love to drop by and check out inventory whenever I’m in the area for work. They also have a giant pink birkin made of legos.
Not sure how this isn't getting 5 star reviews all over the place. I went into a high fashion boutique and it was so busy I was skipped over three times before being rushed into a decision. I left and brought my wife and daughter here so they could try on different bags. This day was a huge success and both walked out with the bags they wanted. The customer service here is amazing. They offer every bag you can think of and more. And they take their time. I would say budget for a few hours because nothing is hurried here as it should in my opinion. My daughter left so happy I would pay just to experience that again. Thanks everyone at fashionphole for the experience.

A very personal shopping experience. Call for an appointment before coming in, remember this is their HQ, so it's an office as well. A very nice office! There will be a temperature check, masks and gloves are required upon entry to the building and inspection of the item. It's nice to be able to see it the item in person before purchasing, since it's a second hand item. They give you the time to look at your items, try it, feel it and I didn't feel any pressure. The staff that helped me are all pretty and awesome. Overall awesome experience, will definitely come back!

An absolute disaster of a front desk, they constantly “forget” to hand over items. After driving 50 minutes to pick up my order they called to come back over an hour later. They can never get it together. Don’t waste your time or energy with this company. I will never shop there again.
First time at Fashionphile. wonderful experience. Bright beautiful wonderful Ambassadors of First Impressions at front desk. Brittney and Brenda. The Buyer was lovely and very informative. She took time out to show me their website and explained thoroughly the process of how they buy and sell. Overall, GREAT experience and a lovely building. Loved the 6 ft. LEGO purse!!
