SAA seeks to connect current students and alumni for networking and mentoring, as well as provide service experience and leadership opportunities.

Carthage's Student Alumni Association is a student run organization that partners with the Office of Institutional Advancement. The organization was created to instill alumni pride, assist in building and maintaining strong relationships between students and alumni, as well as educating students about alumni giving and alumni relations.
Members of SAA are also provided the benefits of having the opportunity to informally network with alumni at a variety of campus events, serve as student representatives during College functions, and attend presentations where Alumni share their experiences and offer advice on topics that range from career development to leadership skill enhancement.
To instill alumni pride in all students; to stimulate a connection between current students and alumni; to encourage giving back to the Carthage community through participation and involvement.
