Got a real bad alcohol problem in here Teresaand nobody follows the rules only when need them...the board has a drug dealer John Bruni on it..The sheriff is watching him because I turned him in..they also lie to the community all the time to get there way.... We have a treasurer Jeanne and John Abare... Both have alcohol problems and have admitted it to me that will file false police reports on you because they didn't get their way and the whole community knows about it. The board illegally appointed themselves and they do not follow rules ... Dave Holt the president who illegally elected himself is now putting cameras around the pool with microphones so they can listen to your conversations. Also the management company here was our office was closed four and a half months last year we're going on our third week this year sometimes he doesn't even show when they're supposed to and we give them a ton of money.. we haven't had an election in 5 years and the board illegally appoints themselves . And I'm sure this next election there'll be a bunch of rules broken also. Our board and management company passed a bunch of illegal rules in our deed restriction and then we'll use them against you knowing that they're put there illegally... And our board lies all the time... Now the board says they only put the cameras in the office and the pool room but yet they put the signs up on both gates saying it has audio and video when entering the pool and if you don't like it you can leave. Also Dave Holt the president who appointed himself took it upon himself to throw a bunch of painted bricks in our retention pond right behind his house but that's okay because he's on the board

Great safe place to live no HOA just another day in paradise

For the most part it's a nice clean trailer park you have your a-holes just like anywhere else

Nice until some habitual felon moves in and spends entirety of every day stomping around violently targetting, harrassing and threatening the entire park residents on sight. Thank God i live far from the nuisance, yet he still finds time to stalk and harass my wife and kids Cant believe management has not taken care of this parkwide problem. Background checks? Yeah right.

I simply went to the website to check everything out. Unfortunately all I got was the login screen every link I clicked. I was there just to look over the property and the area, learn about the park. I am not creating a login for a place that I am not using day to day. Absolutely ridiculous that the contact page needs a login to, granted you can get reviews and other stuff from the web. Getting this info from the source is more accurate. Apparently they do not care. Fixit and I may decide to visit at least the web page again.

A great retirement community! Although current house pricing there is so extravagant that it's laughable. Too bad. Would have been a nice place to retire in Florida.

I lived here for about 8 years and I have to say it's gone a bit down hill since I lived there. More transients then I remember. The place is still kept up well but there doesn't seem to be a sense of community anymore. There where always problems with this place. They have never liked having kids around and would harras people who had them. I don't believe it's still that way though. The people are very watchful so crime tends to be very rare all in all not a bad place to live just not to many things to do without a bit of driving.

Never any one in office even during office hours. Park is falling apart. Sooo many issues and non addressed. Not a great place to live anymore.

We have lived in Casa Loma for over 14 years now. Offering a culturally and generationally diverse community. It is a very well cared for deed restricted community. The greatest part of Casa Loma is unlike many mobile home communities you own not just the home but the land also.

The nicest trailer park that isn't 55+.....all the yards are well kept and the neighborhood Is friendly for the most part except the lady with the yellow escape on 51st Ave Plz E.
