Such a good visit! They helped my 3-year-old feel comfortable enough that we were able to do EVERYTHING this time! In the past she was okay only doing parts and pieces but they've always been good to work with her/me to make sure that we felt comfortable and give some helpful guidelines for her age. We love going to the "leaf dentist"!
The staff and doctors are so friendly. I was nervous about going in, but they made me feel comfortable and explained everything they were doing. I would have no problem recommending them to someone looking for a great family dentist.
They were able to fit me in right away and I was made to feel very comfortable. The office was clean and updated. The staff was pleasant and made everything so easy. I'm very nervous when going to the dentist and I think this was the best experience I've had. During my cleaning the hygienist was checking up on me, making sure I was doing well. I'll definitely be going back, and I won't be so nervous the next time I go back. :
Everyone there was friendly and professional making my visit very pleasant. The facility was clean and very professional. For someone like myself, who is hesitant to go to the dentist it because of other experiences from other offices I'm kind of looking forward to going back for my next appointment. Keep up the great atmosphere and professionalism.
The staff were very friendly and informative about what they were seeing with my teeth. They also were great with my four year old daughter and told me what to expect in the future for her teeth. Informative, friendly, and timely. We’ll recommend this office!
The staff are all so friendly and comforting. The front office greeted me with big smiles as soon as I came in. There is a nice play area for my kids. I haven't had to have anything but cleanings in a long time and I was very nervous coming in. The assistant, Haiden, was very reassuring and helped me stay calm. She also did a great job at making sure I wasn't drowning in saliva and you could tell she and the doctor had a great routine to get it done quickly and easily. The hygienist who numbed me also did a great job. She got it done quick and after the shot, I didn't feel a thing. Dr. Black did my fillings great. He kept checking that I was doing ok and would say "you're doing great" "we just need to polish this up" "that one's done, it looks great. One more" He was very sweet and funny and my fillings look so good. You can't even tell and they are on front teeth. My smile looks awesome now! All the staff were so sweet and joking around with me to put me at ease. If you have to go to the dentist this is definitely where I will always go.
Today I went to my six month appointment at Cascade Family Dental. As usual, I was greeted quickly and taken back within 10 minutes. The dental hygienist was friendly and thorough. Dr. Allred came in a few minutes and went over the results of the X-rays and cleaning. I really appreciate the excellent care I’ve received over the years from all the staff at Cascade Family Dental. Thanks!
First time to Cascade Dental I loved the staff front desk assistant and doctor were amazing. I was in and out fast. I’m very anxious at the dentist! Everyone made sure I felt comfortable. Highly recommended!!
Cascade Dental is so good with my ten year old. He is shy and doesn't handle new things outside of his normal routine well. They are so patient with him and make him feel comfortable.
My entire family has been going to Dr Allred for years. He has always been friendly, happy, and made even the bad times easy to handle. The entire staff goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable. I highly recommend Cascade Dental!!!
