I really like how Dr. Kraft explained in detail what he thought would be the best way to fix my two kids teeth using Vivos and clear liners or metal braces if needed. His staff is great and friendly as well. If using the Vivos which sounds totally amazing expect 3 weeks for delivery after the second visit. :

The serious problem I thought I had with a tooth turned out to be an easy fix that was quick, painless and reasonable.  Dr Kraft is the best.

Awful cancellation policy and will not work with you. Last appointment caused my daughter a ton of pain and she asked that I reschedule so it doesn't affect the holidays. If I pay 1,000 dollars I can reschedule so I have to force her to go to the dentist and ruin the holidays for her. Will not longer be our dentist.

I have been very pleased with my dental work from dr.kroft.  everyone there is so kind and helpful.

We've only been to Payson Dental and Orthodontics once so far but it was a great appointment! The staff was very kind and efficient and the doctor was very knowledgeable.

Super friendly. If you like music he always has something playing in the background. He will often sing along as well. He has a machine in the office to shape crowns so if you need a crown you don't have to have a temp crown on while the permanent one is being made. He knows what he is doing and recognizes that people often don't like going to the dentist. He actually makes the experience good. Not going to say great only because I still don't like a person drilling holes in my teeth. He is by far the best dentist I have seen.

Dr. Kraft and his staff are awesome! We always are treated as people and they are good about getting us in and out. Dr. Kraft knows his stuff and I am so grateful he uses Vivos appliances so my son gets straight teeth as his permanent teeth grow in so he doesn’t have to have braces later! He is a fun and cheerful dentist too, so it makes going to the dentist a positive experience!

Really quick getting my filling done. Answered all my questions.

Dr. Kraft always has a positive attitude and goes above and beyond what he has to do to make sure everything is done correctly.    My children are able to grow up knowing that the dentist is safe and they don't have to fear going to get their teeth checked or fixed.  Dr. Kraft is gentle, patient and skilled at what he does.  You can tell that he loves his job!  We have been very happy with everyone in this office.
