Cedar Park Apartments

I lived her for a year the management is HORRIBLE. They don’t reply they don’t fix anything and they charge for parking without giving you a parking sticker once you pay and will have your car towed. The mice is HORRIBLE they won’t do anything about it. The building is FILTHY. There are people smoking pills and crack in the hallways all day and night setting the fire alarms off. If I could give 0 stars I will. DONT MOVE HERE

I had an email confirmation for a 2 bedroom apartment tour from Lisa the Scheduling Specialist at Cedar Park Apartments and right when I got there I called the leasing agent Brandi and was told that there weren't a 2 bedroom apartment available. What a waste of my time. I guess the staff aren't on the same page. Smh

IF "0" were an option id pick 0. If you like rodents that go un-checked this place is for you. IF you like empty bags of dope in hall and bugs on premises you will be happy here. Its FILTHY. Children get assaulted by tennants-transients sleep in laundry and storage and WILL cuss you out and threaten you if you interrupt their sex and drug use to do laundry. Judy the on site manager is either paid off-completely incompetent or both.. She only enforces the rules for some while allowing the tennants she favors to do whatever they wish. Rent is ridiculously high especially for a place where people get beat up in hallways and shot and killed in parking lot. RUN LIKE HELL

Dirty full of ghetto people and mice and roaches also it took 4 months to get my deposit after I went to better business bureau. Judy has her favorite tenants and will do anything for them.

The apartments are nice and building is quiet clean and the manager Judy is very nice and gets maintenance issues taking care of quickly no rodents or roaches I live on bottom floor so I was very happy never seeing no rodents I like it here it's a nice place only issue is the parking lot assigned spaces no where for company to park they have to park on street which you could be a block away or more rent is reasonable I live in a 2 bedroom and pay $850.and they do take section 8

Lived here 3 years first 2 was peaceful and clean not now care taking sucks now nice apartments no bugs or rodents never had a problem with that rent reasonable

Nice and spacious for the price but in the summer it can get very violent in that community with all the apartments buildings Around there They do have police security.

Called, and went there twice to talk to someone about renting. No one there, and phone just kept ringing and transfering. Would not recommend to anyone!

This place is the ghetto. I'm sure there are some nice people here but they are surrounded by hoodrats and hoochies. Loud, obnoxious, and rude people dwell here.

I'd rather set up camp and be homeless instead of dealing with Robert once a month!!
