I was looking for balloons for my granddaughter's birthday I searched online for helium party balloons in Richmond and found this place. The pictures online looked fabulous but are nothing like what the store really looks like, most shelves were bare. The only person in the store was a guy sitting at a computer in the front as you walk in. He barely looked up and didn't acknowledge me or even speak. Now there's some friendly customer service. Personally, I thought they might be going out of business due to the empty shelves and it wouldn't have surprised me since the guy didn't act liked he cared if I bought anything or not. I left and wouldn't waste my time again at this store. Very disappointing and the online pictures are very misleading.
Great service, reasonable prices and there is an inflatable available in the party room. Balloons were a little discounted as well since we had our party there.
Bruce is a great guy with a good place to have a party indoors without the fear of the weather. Don't forget to contact Always Bouncing and add an inflatable to your party!
Such a great place for party supplies and Bruce does an amazing job on customized balloon decorations. Such as arches and columns!
Perfect experience. Made my daughter's 10th circus birthday amazing! His prices are great, great selection and such a friendly family atmosphere.
I wanted to give Celebration Station a shout out for the Awesome job they done for me on an order of 100+ balloons. I needed these balloons filled with helium and only had less than 24 hours to get it done and they came through for me. Excellent Job! Always Great service, Always helpful and will make whatever you need, happen. If you need party supplies, balloons, decorations, party room, I highly recommend this place... #10outof10 stars from me. thank you Celebration Station!!
Beautiful balloon arches for parties! We had one for our grand opening and they customized the balloons for our colors!
The owner is super friendly and helps get your own balloons filled up for a great price. Will definitely come her to get balloons rather than buy any helium tank in the future.

I’ve had so many parties here for my family and a few that I’ve thrown for my friends. The man that owns celebration station is so kind. He’s always so helpful. It’s so affordable and the party room is the perfect size. There is plenty of tables, seating, and space. There is also a bounce house you can rent for the room. It’s the perfect place to have birthday parties and baby showers.
