Brian at the toy counter went above and beyond to help and make my child happy. . People of the snack park and the miniature golf were nice too. Although they were out of brisket and hamburgers and the pizza was not cooked fully. But it was still good overall. The great customer service made up for it.
We came here for the batting cages. They were closed. That's why only 3 stars. Place feels a little like its on its last legs. Still decent and fairly fun for the stuff that's not closed but it was pretty empty for a Saturday. Boats karts and golf was good. Golf wasn't super interesting a bit repetitive in decor
This place a wonderful place to bring the kids. They have go carts, bumper boats, mini golf, batting cages, and a large arcade selection. Perfect place for birthday parties. Too hot or too cold, hangout inside and play to win tickets. Kids had such a blast. Need an adult beverage? They got you covered!!! Come out and have fun today!!!
Went out to waste some time, and ended up having a good time. Did have a little mishap in the arcade. Tyler the manager on duty was polite and prompt about rectifying the issue. Facility as a decent mini golf a little repetitive in parts but good over. The go cart were the best part of my visit. Would definitely consider going and wasting time again.

Absolutely horrendous trip to the celebration station. I would recommend finding another place to spend your hard earned money. We went solely to use the batting cages which worked for all of about two minutes. After trying to figure out a solution to continue using batting cages, we decided it was better to request a refund. The refund process was an absolute nightmare the general manager. Who you would assume carries himself in a professional way was one of the rudest employees I have ever met in my life. Brian, if you are reading this, you probably need to find a new line of work. He was extremely hard to deal with and was not helpful in any way shape or form we were not given a receipt and we purchased the card to use the batting cages but he asked for a receipt that wasn’t given. It ended up taking 45 minutes before another customer in line sifted through the pile of receipts and found ours. The whole time Brian is sitting there, making rude remarks to not only our party but the other 3 people that had the same complaints. I understand that work can be stressful but there is no reason to be rude to people who spend their hard earned money at this establishment. If the ownership group reads this, I would highly recommend finding a different manager. Brian does not deserve his job.
CHOOSE SOMEPLACE ELSE!! From reserving the venue to having the party the guest service or customer service was pretty much non-existent. Out of all the staff that we interacted with only two showed any respect or value to us as guests. The employees completely disregard you and try to not even acknowledge you. We bought the package that was the middle ground, we paid about $350. Give or take 20 bucks. We had to wait to check in; and then I was passed over for another woman who had just walked up for assistance. I then did share my discontent for being overlooked. Ultimately we got checked in, got the cards and the bounce backs and were able to let the children play. The facility in and of itself had so many things to do for the kids. However some of the games and attractions were not available. Some of the children did not use their three free attraction options. However their cards were taken after the visit even though they were paid for I don't see why they couldn't come back on another day and use them. The four pizzas two cheese two pepperoni were included in the package and the three pictures of soft drinks. However it should be noted that kids were coming back and forth saying how hungry they are because they took forever to get the pizzas out. I had to go up there and ask "are those my pizzas in the window?"Give the name of my party Etc before they could figure out we needed the pizzas on the table. It was very frustrating but the kids were running around mostly happy playing games and jumping around and doing all those other things so in that aspect it was great. I realize that about 20% of our experience was guest service oriented. Therein lies the problem; because so little guest service was required they should have been able to blow that out of the park. However it was a great big huge fail!
Our family went to Celebrate Station after a funeral to try and cheer the kids up. They had a blast and so did the adults! Even one of the workers had the kiddos and adults laughing and was extremely helpful with a machine that was having some technical difficulties, I think his name was Jamie or James maybe, a tall guy. Said he was fairly new. Regardless of this place being older it was definitely a place to go and escape and just have fun. I highly recommend going!
I went this weekend with my granddaughter and a few of her friends. The manager Tyler was so friendly and professional. He helped them understand about all the fun things that were available. We will definitely be back
So much fun! The go karts and arcade games were awesome! And the manager Brian is Super helpful and knows everything about the place. I would highly recommended making this a weekly stop for locals.
