Overall, the facility and amenities were clean, bright, spacious, and airy. The staff was welcoming, warm, and pleasant. Thank you for taking care of my dad, E. Haley.

They DO NOT take care of their patients. They’re saying that the treatment of the patients depends on their attitude. That is the WRONG way to handle your patients. They are recovering and in pain and that give no one ANY right to mistreat someone because they’re upset from dealing with pains that the staff couldn’t even begin to understand. i think the good reviews are paid Pay attention to the bad reviews.

This place almost killed my loved one over a course of 4 days. They’re neglectful. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND

Do not apply there you will regret it I promise you that please listen to me I worked there for many years iam glad to be gone from there the director if nursing is the worst she has a negative Ora surrounding her not pleasant to be around the whole place is ghetto even the staff they lie to you about that place in orientation take my advice they really don't care about you or anyone else the residents will tell you all about the staff as a whole and how they are being treated this place use to be called Steven Smith the only difference is they have changed the name to centennial the state was about to close them down if you don't believe me just go back and review all if their state surveys dated back to 2006 awful run as far as you can away from centennial

All of the staff are warm and friendly. They know all of the residents’ names and genuinely reflect care and concern for the residents. The staff seem to enjoy the residents and their jobs.

I’ve always had a great experience when I come there to staff is always courteous and they just make your visit they’re very enjoyable I also like the way that that that my cousin is being treated and I’m just I’m just over joyed about the place

They take good care of your love ones

My father, a veteran with dementia, went periodically to Centennial for one week respite care. During the time he was there, the management, nursing staff, recreation coordinator, dietary and even the cleaning staff got to know my father and looked out for him. He has a friendly and outgoing personality so I'm sure that helped. The staff enjoyed him so I was told. The first time I left him there so I could take a vacation, I hired someone to go and be with him for 3hrs a day. The person had nothing to do because the staff came to get him for activities and he was comfortable in his room when he wasn't doing activities. I didn't feel the need to do that when I used Centennial again. In fact, I looked at Centennial as a partner in his care. There will always be things that can be better, even when I'm caring for him at our home. Also, I really think the attitude of the person that's being cared for plays a part in the quality of their care at home and in facilities. There's more joy in caring for someone who appreciates it, I know.

Please be advised that this facility offers gift cards for good reviews DONT BE FOOLED! Best part about this place is the staff is nice & its fairly clean. Over 15 patients sit in the hallways hours at a time some forced because staff is short and can't monitor from rooms. My loved one was suppose to get physical and speech therapy and was given none. I reported my loved one had a swollen leg and he was not checked on concerning the matter until days later. Staff is never correctly informed. HORRIBLE!

Please take ur loved ones somewhere else. I’m here recovering from a motorcycle accident and only been here since yesterday and it’s a disaster. Meds were late and one was the wrong med, something that wasn’t even prescribed to me. This is the food they been serving high protein and veggie still trying to find the protein. I’m lactose intolerant and don’t eat pork, but why are they continually serving me this? Communication is poor at the facility amongst staff as well as patient staff. I been waiting now over 4 hours for a wheelchair and still nothing. It’s not my job to stay on the staff. It’s my job to heal, but my aggravation level it so high that healing will take a long time.
