Excellent care and staff is very friendly. I would highly recommend for any outpatient procedure. Quick and convenient no need to drive out of town or wait weeks for cate.

Furious!!!! Never again!!!!! If I have to travel, I will travel. I just happened to be in Philadelphia at U Penn with my father days before for medical care and it’s a whole other world on a whole other level, incomparable care. In Philadelphia multiple people even the doctors came to speak to patient and family, explain, inform, keep us updated, checked in, kept us informed. Here, we were told nothing, explained nothing, not even the process but just told to sit in waiting room. We sat in waiting room,then they come for my mother to take her back and didn’t explain procedure, steps, process, what would occur, what would happen. No family were allowed in pre op, I didn’t see my mother before the surgery, wasn’t even told when she went from pre op to procedure, I had no idea what was happening, was not informed of anything, no one kept in touch, not updated, not addressed, not acknowledged, didn’t even see any personnel. It was like everyone was hiding. Heard a group of people talking and laughing though. Only thing they spoke of, discussed, only words out of anyones mouth was about insurance and payment then ignored. These are human beings, we are their family, they may be nothing or no one to you but they are important and matter to us. This is healthcare you are informed more when u take your car for servicing. No excuse for this lack and neglect. Have some respect, we have a right to know what is going on with our family. Just like children probably don’t understand and are probably nervous and scared and don’t know what to ask, elderly also may not understand everything are nervous and scared and may not comprehend everything and don’t know what to ask. You wouldn’t have a child back there alone well I don’t know about this place , wouldn’t put it past them you shouldn’t have an elder back there alone either. They don’t want anyone back there bc they don’t want eyes on them, they don’t want you to see, know what’s going on what they are doing or not doing. I can’t even review the patient care and treatment aspect bc they kept us away and in the dark so we couldn’t. Over 3 hours and not one update, not even a staff member around and not one word. No excuse, Unacceptable health”care”.Doctor comes out to waiting room and all of 1 minute spent with me “ she seems to be doing well is all I got. Definitely taking these complaints further !!!! If you care about family, do not go here

Appointment time 10:00 am, arrived early per instructions, still waiting at 11:13! More than an hour behind is not acceptable. Should not overbook operating rooms and expect people to wait. How would you like it if patients showed up more than an hour late for their appointment?
