Description

Our hospital-affiliated, outpatient wound care center is dedicated to the treatment of chronic, non-healing wounds.Our multi-specialty team of certified wound care physicians, nurses, and case managers work together to treat chronic non-healing wounds. During the course of treatment patients will receive an initial physician evaluation, plus, as needed, may also receive advanced vascular testing, nutritional evaluation and counseling, diabetic education, and education on wound prevention. Primary care and referring physicians remain an integral part our patients' treatment plans.

We treat chronic, non-healing wounds resulting from the following conditions:

•Diabetic Ulcers
•Venous Ulcers
•Pressure Ulcers
•Arterial Ulcers
•Collagen Vascular Disease
•Ischemia (circulatory problems)
•Compromised skins graft/flaps
•Soft tissue radiation necrosis
•Chronic Osteomyelitis
