I have been a patient of Dr.Villani going on 3 years, what a caring man. It isn’t often when you visit a Dr., worried about what’s going on and what’s going to happen to you and feel better about it when you leave, because he cared! I always feel he just wants to help me not have pain, feel better and enjoy life, thank you!! Also anytime I had an appointment, not too much time in the waiting room, and the staff, nurses, and X-ray techs, always very pleasant.
Dr. Leung has been amazing during all of my visits. He takes his time with you and listens to your concerns. I decided to have elbow surgery and it is the best decision I made. My elbow is healing great and now I am doing home therapy with the exercises he provided. The staff were very helpful and pleasant as well. Thank you, Melissa N.
Unfortunately there was a long wait as the doctor was still in surgery, but when he arrived, I was very impressed by his kind, compassionate manner, he was very thorough and the staff was wonderful, I highly recommend this practice...
Highly recommend. Doctor took his time with me. Gave me 3 options for my elbow pain before just rushing into surgery.
Dr. Villani is great, however, the office is not run efficiently. You call and get placed into a queue that says your caller number 3 and it goes down to 1 eventually and then it sends you to voicemail rather than a person. Trying to speak to a person or trying to get someone to return your call is a nightmare. Then when you tell them you need a prescription refilled they don’t send it and you’re spending your time trying to get a hold of them to do it. And you still may not get an answer. The medical assistant line should have a person who answers or at least returns your calls promptly. I understand we’re all busy, but this isn’t a situation where you can just let things go for days. Very disappointed in how the office is run. Another thing if you have no money, they still expect you to produce money or they won’t see you. How about caring about people, rather than money?! I was supposed to have a prescription refilled yesterday, I’ve called talked to people and left messages and they tell me it’s noted in file, but they still fail to turn in the prescription. Then you tell them you have a question about the prescription in the message and never receive a call back to get the question answered. Maybe my son is the only one being treated like this because he doesn’t have money or health insurance, because he was looking for a job until he was in a hit and run accident. Truly sad to feel like you don’t matter or aren’t heard.

Dr. Leung was excellent, very prompt and knowledgeable, and very thorough attending to your concerns. Unfortunately, it is a pain to get to talk with anyone in the front desk. Every time you call it says you are in the 4th place. And, after all the issues to get to talk with someone, not one but two of the receptionists casted doubt on my word out of nowhere. I wanted to make an appointment to check up on a pain in my hip with one of the doctors. I thought on being proactive and since I'm finally talking with a human, I happened to mention that I wanted to make ANOTHER appointment to follow up on an injury I had on my wrist as a result of a car accident that was reported back in 2021 and I was requesting guidance on what would they need from my PIP insurance to move forward with that. Oh Well... little did I know that apparently you cannot take care of 2 UNRELATED health issues here during the same phone call because they will automatically think you are lying and that EVERY pain you have is stemming from the car accident, no matter if you explain is not in spanish AND in english which i did. Pointless!!!! they still acted very rude and unprofessional, making me feel im lying, both people stayed in an awkward silence for over a minute and after I repeatedly ask what is happening? they end up saying cannot even make the hip appointment without consulting the person that does PIP. Like, are they even listening that I said both issues are not related? Nope! Felt as if i was being interrogated by the cops. Ridiculous!!!. In conclusion, it is very unfortunate because I really liked the doctor.
Everyone was very friendly and Dr. Leung spent a lot of time going over my condition and asking if I had any questions.
I had a great experience with everyone at the Central Florida Bone and Joint Instatute. They really cared about my wellbeng and made me very comfortable throughout the entire process.
I felt very at ease with Dr. Crum. I liked the fact that with the degree of my knee issues she did not push for surgery
