Dr T is wonderful. He takes time to really listen. He explains things well His focus is on prevention and treating the cause not the symptom. He is easy to talk to. I have aphasia and he takes extra care to communicate with me and make sure he understands and that I understand as well.
Dr. Tamayo listens to all concerns and takes his time to address these concerns and to develop a plan. He tries to figure out the cause of a continuing issue instead of just prescribing medicine for a quick fix. We have full confidence in him!
Dr. Tamayo is caring, extremely thoughtful and recommend only tests and procedures that you need. He’s very honest and takes the time to answer all of your questions. His staff is amazing. He has taken care of my late mom and dad in there declining years. He also takes care of my only other Dad and is so patient with him.
I had been experiencing deep chest congestion which had been weighing heavy on my lungs. My past doctor simply kept treating symptoms and after consulting Dr. TAMAYO he took me into his office, conducted office tests and evaluated me for additional testing which identified my health issue..He subsequently prescribed the necessary prescription and care which took care of the problem. As a result I have now joined his practice to have him administer my health care. CARE is the defining word for Dr. TAMAYO.
Dr. Raul Tamayo is a gifted physician with a compassionate heart to help you get to the core issue so you can be healthier and stay well. He really listens to what is going on with his patients so they can recover faster. Remember to bring in a list of your symptoms since he will take the time to help you figure out every one and that is really rare in today's world.
Dr. Raul Tamayo has been my personal physician for nearly 20 years. He is thorough, insightful, intelligent, and communicates well. He has managed my health and referred me to quality physicians and surgeons when my needs were beyond his realm of care. I recommend him without reservation.
Dr. Tamayo is making a huge difference in healthcare via medical professionalism, doctor / patient availability / knowledge / education and personalized protocols and planning. My wife and I had several events that needed immediate care i.e. prescription orders, office visits and medical advice and Dr. Tamayo exceeded his call to commitment! My experience with Dr. Tamayo and the office is average. I've been seeing this doctor for about a year, but may start searching for a new primary. Everyone I've ever interacted with is generally friendly; however, when I went in for migraines, his demeanor and comments gave me the impression I was wasting his time. I'm pretty healthy, so perhaps he is used to very sick patients. My current complaint is trying to reach someone at the front desk to schedule an appointment. I realize they're extremely busy, but all of my calls for the past 2 days go to voicemail. After 2 days of calls and voicemails, which are not accepted after 4:30 pm, I finally spoke with someone at the front desk. I will say I did get a call back, but with my apparent bad luck, I missed the call. If you are in good health and don't need to see a doc often, this office is great. But if you have any ailments or worries, I would recommend going elsewhere.
Dr. T is warm, understanding and funny, but clinically all doctor in his knowledge and experience. I trust him and his capacity to understand his patient and work with what will work for you.
Great doctor, it is amazing he can tell you about the medical you are taking from the top of head. He is a good communicator I enjoy talk to him about any subject. Very smart man.
