Florida Blue

I agree with all the other reviews about how horrible Florida Blue is; all BCBS plans I've ever had have been bad. Unfortunately, since my employer uses a benefits administrator that contracts with FL Blue I do not have a choice of the provider of my health insurance benefits; unless I went the much more expensive route of private insurance. Since I recently just started being covered by FL Blue I hate it to sum it up. I have been using the same DME for over 5 years now and have always been pleased with my monthly bill after they billed my previous providers Aetna, United Healthcare, but since being covered by FL Blue my bill has quadrupled; instead of my DME billing me directly as they have this past 5 years I now have a 3rd party bill administrator CareCentrix contracted by FL Blue that I have to pay. I've called both CareCentrix rude service and FL Blue to find out why it is so much more and they still haven't given me a good answer. As far as other healthcare needs I'm on an HDHP which means before they pay anything I have to spend $3000 out of pocket to meet the deductible before I save anything. So yes, overall I do not like FL Blue or the coverage that I have through them. They are part of the problem that is driving up healthcare costs and driving down healthcare services.

Everyone was real nice, walked is thru every plan and it ended up being $0 monthly!

Not a good place to work . Mostly seasonal work during "open enrollment" periods. Line managers mostly very good, upper management not so much. No benefits for "temporary" hires.

I loved working for the company until I got fired for some body else problem they kept the Ghetto females and let me go I really felt that was not fair If I could I would rate them as -10000000000000
