Century Fitness is located at 491 North Main Street in East Longmeadow, only minutes over the Springfield line on Route 83. We are a multi-purpose club with professional fitness instructors, group exercise leaders, and a staff physical therapist, available to help with your questions and fitness needs. Century Fitness maintains excellent hours throughout the year. Our club also features a Kid activity room so parents may get their workouts in, make it to classes, or enjoy the pool and spa area.
