The single best customer service experience I have had ...period. The people are fantastic , the one on one service is incredible , and the personal involvement of the leadership when evaluating a lending request is unheard of in today's banking environment. I am a business owner and do both my personal as well as professional banking at this location. Terri and Taylor and all of the staff always have a smile on their face and a friendly hello.
Congratulations to Chappell Hill Bank for earning a Texas Treasure Busness Award! They provide excellent personal customer service and are notable for promoting Texas history and heroes. These folks, friendly to all in the community, will be the last to succumb to woke cultural pressures!
Our first experience about four years ago was fairly positive. However our second experience was nothing of the sort. We contacted Terrie to inquire about refinancing our mortgage. All started well and we were asked to send in specific paperwork such as financial info., etc. Which We did promptly and assumed things would start moving along. As far as we know seven months later, nothing was ever done. We would call and leave messages for Terrie which were mostly never returned. We would leave emails for her which would mostly never be responded too. On the chance we would actually happen to get ahold of her we would be told things looked good so far each time. Never once was there an update and I now realize why, Because nothing was being done. Towards the end when we would speak with her, she acted irritated and annoyed. Her customer service is poor at best. We have since canceled our loan request and would never use this bank again nor would we ever reccomend them.
I just opened a savings account there. They even gave me a passbook... I hadn't seen one in 40 years! I also have full electronic access, an online account, ACH in/out, and alerts. Their lobby and building are extremely historic. I am also using their safe deposit services, they have a few small boxes left in case you're interested. The staff are very helpful, include former mega-monster bank employees who prefer the values of the CHB.
They are closed to celebrate Confederate "heros" Day, so I imagine that customers without white skin will not be treated well at this bank.
What exactly is "Confederate Heroes Day"? What about the Confederacy does this bank celebrate? The part where they fought for the right to enslave other human beings, or....?
This is the best banking service we've ever experienced. We have enjoyed their care for 24 years!
You cant beat the small-town kindness that comes from banking here.
The values of this bank are clearly not human. Disgusting, would never do business here.
We see the hate flowing from your bank.
