First I would like to acknowledge the staff for being so professional and courteous. The facility is spotless and in close proximity to where I live. I felt comfortable and secure the entire time I was there. I will definitely be recommending this place to my family and friends.
Customer Service was great. When entering the office our greeting from the front desk receptionist was very pleasant. The Nurse was excellent and personable. Dr. Moore is one of my favorite Doctor. He has a great bedside manner. Very knowledgeable and has always help me with my gastro issues. Office visit as always a 10. So I did this review before I experienced a rude nurse and a note through my chart on results. I was told I needed to wait until October for my colonoscopy to see why I have stomach and back pain. I really am so surprised at Dr. Moore too. It was recommended I needed another test, but he passed to my Primary care physician.
I had a fabulous experience! All of the staff were very friendly and made me feel calm before and after my procedure explaining things very well.
Everyone so pleasant. Highly recommend! Thank you Dr. Moore and the whole staff from the front desk to the back for such a good experience. Thank you again! Have a blessed day!

It's completely ridiculous to make someone wait over 6 months for a simple scan, one of the worst doctors I've ever had to deal with, seen me in office for less than 5 minutes just to collect my copay and tell me we will contact you in a couple weeks to schedule the scan, only to not hear from them for over 2 months, it took me following up only for them to call me a week later to try to schedule me out another 4 months
Nurses and Dr. Crews was awesome. They definitely made me feel comfortable. I would recommend to ANYONE.
Definitely great experience from the moment I walked in. Everything ran smoothly and efficiently.
All the staff are very friendly, very nice place, I really appreciate it everyone there, I recommend it.
