My visit to Sailview Family Medicine was wonderful and life-changing. Dr. Losinski took her time with me and really listened. It appears that she has found the answer to alleviate my chronic headaches and give me my life back. The receptionist Tammy was efficient, kind, and helpful. Nurses Crystal and Kristie were very attentive, kind, thorough, and friendly. The entire staff made sure I fully understood what to expect from my new medication and Crystal took great care to educate me on how to administer it to myself. The whole experience was the best I have ever had in a medical office. Thank you Sailview staff. -S. Crowley
Both my husband and I visited Sailview for the 2 years we lived in Mooresville and we made the drive for another year from Charlotte. Appointments were easily made and prompt on times. Our health concerns and questions always respectfully listened to and answered. Check ins and billing handled professionally.
I had my first visit with Sailview Family Medicine today. Dr. Losinski was absolutely the best primary care physician I have seen. She is very gentle and comforting in the way she approaches and speaks to her patients. I initially came to her office because they were the first ones to have an available appointment, but I will not be switching to their office for all of my primary care needs. Wonderful service!
I had recently moved and needed to find a GP or FP in my area. I just looked at Healthgrades or BCBS list of FP taking new patients. I went in telling her my previous and current needs. She always listened, did not interrupt, then made her suggestions of what needed to be done, either CBC, a full exam , or refer to a specialist. She was almost always right, on her diagnosis. She found why I had a 4 to 5 month case of cellulitis that 2 ER visits and 3 specialists missed. Dr. Losinski was never rude, and made some diagnosis’s just by listening to me. Most of her staff were equally professional and friendly. There was one that could be short when My insurance required more info. Then she hired a NP to fill in while she was on vacation. The NP changed my 1 med that Dr.L provided, several times and when Dr. Losinski returned, I was dismissed from the practice. I have never been able to speak to Dr. L about this. I really missed her being my FP, she is very good at getting the problem diagnosed and treated. I feel it was not Dr. Losinski who initiated the dismissal. I would still give her 5 stars
Dr. Losinski, does not have a clue. She ordered worthless lab tests and at follow up appointment, she was confused as to who I was and why in hell was I bothherng her. Dr. Losinski, was very unprepared for our visit. It was very clear that she had not reviewed my file before entering the examination room. Dr. Losinski prescribed a black box injectable medication starting with the highest dosage first, the instructions clearly recommended starting with lowest dosage first 7 days. Rude staff Krystal . It is my opinion visiting this doctor is risky.
My three daughters are patients of Dr. Losinski and I have been so pleased with the care that they have received over the years. She is very kind and explains everything and is always there to answer any questions you may have. Her staff is absolutely wonderful, they treat you as if you were family. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a family doctor.
This office is wonderful! Both Dr Losinski and Courtney are very thorough with you and really take their time with you to give you the best treatment possible. The office staff is great as well. I never have any issues getting prescriptions sent in or if I have a question the staff is prompt and willing to help! Definitely recommend
Dr losinski is great her staff is a joke. Need an act of Congress to speak to her or make an appointment to spend.money to ask a question. It's like her staff is your doctor. When you do see her it's like fast food hurry up and get out.
I went as a new patient and saw Courtney Mastors and she was the kindest and warmest doctor I have ever met. She walked me through everything and comforted me as I had a bit of a panic attack during procedure. The clinical team as well as reception have been so kind and from every step of pre to post visit. By far my best decision I’ve made in Mooresville
Had been going there for over 7 years as a self pay patient and over the past two years they started charging me extra just for talking to the doctor about one extra problem which honestly I usually only have to go for two major problems this entire time anyway. The worst part was this year the entire office started giving me trouble about getting my meds, saying I had to come in to see the doctor when I already did. The biggest issue was when one of the office workers lied to me about one of my meds being a controlled substance to get me into the office every month. Checked with my pharmacist and no, my meds where not a controlled substance. It’s a shame when doctors put their profit over the health and needs of their patients.
