Honestly was hesitant about coming here because of the bad reviews, but I had nothing bad about my visit. Made my appointment online. Once I made it to my appointment, checked in and there was only one other person in the lobby waiting. Front desk was very polite and respectful. Also made a recommendation to fill out a form to help me out financially, which was a huge help! Medical assistant was such a sweet person and very professional who gave me undivided attention. The nurse practitioner was straight forward, professional, and informative to the questions I had. I left the clinic 100% satisfied with my service and needs. Highly recommend coming here and making an appointment in advance for a smoother visit. Wish I had got all of their names to give them a shout out for their amazing service, but thank you ladies who worked 10/20 Thursday afternoon! Kudos to your team!

The nurses in the back are friendly and nice, however rarely can you get an appointment within even a month. Everytime I called to schedule it takes 1-2 months for an appointment and when I get to the office it is usually a wait, one time I waited for 3 hours in the back because of a shortage, however I feel like the staff should reach out personally day off appt when they’re running over an hour behind because generally I have work after and I’m late for work. Maybe they should schedule less appointments.

I am one of the many people who get health insurance coverage through the state. I have had a number of woman's health check ups in my life and I have always picked Planned Parenthood before anywhere else when it comes to reproductive health. Any time I've gone into this clinic, the staff has never questioned me negatively or denied me service. They have never made me feel like I wasn't supposed to be there or like I was being judged. I think that everyone has a right to proper health care from a provider that they're comfortable going to.

Avoid talking to the peopleprotesters that care about life and want the best for both your unborn child and you. This "clinic" only cares about making a quick buck and this statement taken from their website proves it. The peopleprotesters that might be there simply want you to think of all the options.

I had an appointment for testing that was made online days in advance. I have no insurance and was told when I got there my visit would be $300! All the while I was getting text messages rom PP saying any testing that would be done I would get billed for afterwards by a lab. So I was unable to complete my appointment... And I thought PP was supposed to be here to help and care for women.

Pretty much LOVE PP. I've always been treated like a person here, not a number. The doctors answer my health questions and generally give me the time of day. I've never felt rushed or pressured. Every PP clinic I've gone to has just been the most pleasant and wonderful experience. Thank you!

Some of my appointments ran long, but overall the care provided was thorough and informative. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I'm proud to have a PP in my neighborhood!

Horrible place. Dont come with your spouse. They refused to let me sit in the waiting room while my pregnant wife to finishes her appointment. This is part my fault because I forgot a mask but they provide masks for patients and refused me and made me sit outside in 90+ degree weather. We don't drive so I'm sitting on the side walk uncomfortable and sweating l like crazy instead of supporting my wife. Its unfair and inconsiderate.

I love this place! Ive been coming to this PP for my birth control & regular screenings since i became active & the staff has always been amazing most are even the same i started with everyone is always super friendly & personable.
