I pray for all whom unfortunately have found their self in the care of this facility. If you have a loved one whom resides here, they are in grave danger, they will not receive proper care, if any at all. The staff are completely under qualified and are without compassion.
I am presently here at the facility since Saturday, September 10,2022. My first night was horrible. The bed I was given was hard like lying on a board. I brought it to their attention and was given an egg sponge about two feet wide so that didn’t work out. After enduring three sleepless night they put an air mattress which again did not fit the bed completely and was so hard it felt like I was sleeping on a bed of rocks. Hopefully management will improve their accommodations especially the issue with their bed. I am so disappointed can’t wait for my two weeks is up.
Going to file a grievance. No follow through...father is growing worse under their care. We were told an order was going to be placed to address his protien deficiency, and was never put in. They are giving my elderly mother the run around and NOT changing the bed sore pad after his dysentery clean ups, so the bed sore is NOT healing but becoming worse. My mom is there all day and we are still having issues with the care being given.
I would give this place no stars, but obviously Google doesnt give that option. I am currently sitting at Harborview so my mothers surgeon can open up her back to her spine to check to make sure the infection she acquired at this facility hasn't spread to the bone. As I helped her into her gown I noticed the sterile bandage she is supposed to have covering her wound doesnt even cover the whole length. The part that is exposed is oozing pus and smells rancid. Going through her paperwork, I notice her vitals aren't even a possibility. How do I know this? I work in healthcare as an EMT and am very adept at taking accurate vitals. The facility stopped giving my mother her anti-tremor medication without notifying us when they did so. DO NOT send your loved one here if you want them to get healthy. I wouldn't send my enemies to rehab here.
My Daughter's Grandmother resided at Stafford Healthcare in Bremerton for over 20 years and was always well cared for. She was treated like family and loved by staff. Thank you for your many years of compassion.
Terrible - Nurses and staff do not even recognize the signs of a stroke. Uncaring - act like they care when they don't. Never trust that you will get good care. Bad bad bad
Conditions are unsafe to work in and the Manager of the building does nothing to fix it. Whats the point of having safety meetings if you dont care of the safety of your workers.
This is a horrible place don't send your loved ones here. They don't know what their doing. My grandmother is way worse then when she went in there.
Our friend was left in urine or feces soaked clothing on a daily basis. Residents only get to shower once a week.
Don't ever work here DNS is so unprofessional and don't listen to his employees
