Harrison Health Partners Endocrinology

I saw Dr. Ravi today and I literally gave up about five minutes into the appointment. She is officially going down as one of the top three worst doctors I have ever seen. From the moment she walks in she talks at you, not to you, she cuts you off, she comes up with rebuttals to literally any questions you ask her or any requests I made for specific tests, and she talked to me like I was stupid. I tried telling her that I had had BOTH a thyroid ultrasound AND a CT and she started almost trying to convince me that I hadn’t had both because my care had been done back in Virginia and not with Franciscan. She spoke really slow and said “An ultrasound is where they use jelly, a CT would have been where they put you in a big round machine”. Wow. I’m glad she feels so high and mighty that she feels it is okay to speak to patients like that. Not at any point in the entire extremely brief appointment did she actually ask me about or let me tell her my symptoms. I live in pain and waited 5 months for that appointment, but she said I’m just a classic case of hypothyroidism… almost like she was bored with me? My apologies. I was seeking help. She also specifically seemed to really drive home the fact that I was not trying to have children, as she asked me the same question with almost increasing irritation four times in a row like the answer was going to change. I gave up about five minutes into the appointment and knew she wasn’t going to help me. I think she has hands down one of the absolute worst bedside manners I have ever encountered and that’s coming from someone who’s been in the medical field for 8 years and dealt with a couple chronic health conditions. Save your mental health. Avoid this doctor like the plague.

I saw Dr. Ravi. She was short and dismissive, borderline on rude. I don’t know what the issue is with Franciscan Health, but their doctors are awful. Maybe they need a lower patient ratio, but this is ridiculous.

Had a horrible visit seeing Dr. Zinnia San Juan. Rolled her eyes at me, the patient, during my visit, didn't care about how hormones were interacting with me. I’ve nicknamed her Dr. Karen. Avoid her at all costs, I hope this helps anyone make a decision to see any another doctor. This Doctor could learn from her staff that shows more concern for her patients than she does. Shared her thoughts with another provider and was told she demonstrated a lack of knowledge on the subject. Shes rude, zero empathy, and just wants to rush you out the door, stay away. I complained to my insurance and they found me a new provider, i requested they stop using this clinic on their referral list.

I am a current patient of Dr. Zinnia San-Juan whom I find to be a very caring and knowledgeable Endocrinologist. Without her advocacy I would not have the use of a CGM to alert me when I have a low BG Blood Glucose as I am hypo-glycemic unaware don't feel low when I am extremely low ie. < 40 mg/dl.

Dr. Kleese, was my endocrinologist and she was terrible always comparing me to everyone else, telling me the insulin pump was to involved for me, I am a 10 year pump user, but that never mattered to her. Her medical assistant wasn't good either, I was approved to go on a CGM and her MA never got anything done with it just forgot all about me, I have never had this happen any where in the 25 years I've had doctors. Thank goodness she is leaving I refuse to go back to her until I have another Docter and new MA that hopefully does their jobs better.

I love Charlotte P and all of her assistants. Ive never had a bad experience in all of the years Ive been there. I wouldn't be alive today if it wasnt for them... i love you charlie!
