I have NEVER in my life dealt with a doctors office that so blatantly IGNORES their patients. I had an appointment last month and I have literally had to call their office just about every other day, first to get a prescription refill after the doctor SPECIFICALLY asked me while I was there if I needed a refill, I said yes and she said she would call it in.. that never happened, then I spent a WEEK trying to get them to call it in, calling every day multiple times a day, so I ended up missing 5 days of my birth control then when they finally called it in it says no refills, so I have to call this wretched place and go through this every month? When the whole reason I went was for my yearly checkup so the doctor would refill my birth control. THEN I get 2 bills in the mail when I paid cash at my appointment so I shouldn't have had a bill at all one of the bills was $3420.00, and it was for a completely different person! They put all my information on someone else's account! I've called and left 3 messages for an office manager to call me and have not received one phone call. Absolutely insane, how do they get away with this? I'm leaving this review to warn new patients, as well as to get someone's attention so I can get a call back because apparently no one checks the voicemail.
The staff was nice. However, the doctor seemed like she was rushing me out. I had some concerns, which I voiced. I was told they were normal. I insisted that these were all new things for me, and was again told that was normal. No tests. I explained the same things to my primary doctor, and was immediately sent for tests. Lets just say that my concerns were valid, and definitely not normal! Thankfully my primary is great, because the gyn was useless!
This place is absolutely ridiculous, I have gotten a call a couple days 2-3 before my appointment stating they had to reschedule my visit. Not ONCE but FOUR TIMES. I have rearranged my work schedule and absolutely will not do it again. No apology nor explanation why my appointment has been moved 4 times. No professionalism at all!
The only reason I still go to this place is because of insurance, the customer service is terrible. I once went in for a specific concern and the doctor didn’t even look at the issue until I reminded her about it she said she forgot. It is very difficult to reach anyone at the office, goes strait to voicemail every time, very inconvenient and unprofessional. My last birth control apt it’s like they forgot I was there as I waited for over an hour for a simple shot. I called just today about 6/7 times and each time going straight to voicemail. This is one of the most unprofessional and lousy doctors I’ve ever been to.
AWFUL! After being a client for over 15 years, it's time to leave. Their customer service has gone down the drain. A few months ago, I needed a prescription refill and it took ONE MONTH for the clinician to refill it. The pharmacist and I had to call and send faxes for weeks, in order to get any movement. Then I had my yearly scheduled.. so I took off a 1/2 day at work I work across the bridge, got stuck in traffic and missed my appointment time by 2 minutes. I called and explained my situation to the receptionist and told her that I could see Wishing Well and was about to turn off of route 50. She said since I wasn't parked in the parking lot, I was late, I couldn't check in and rescheduling was my only option. After these two incidents, I'll never return and I do not recommend this place.
Worst place ever I have had 2 appointments rescheduled on the day of. They have to know that people take time off of work to b seen by the Dr. I got no apologies just we need to reschedule you. Very unprofessional. I am 4 months pregnant and have yet to see my Dr get any lab works or anything. LADIES BE WARE THIS PLACE IS RIDICULOUS.
Treated like an imbecile...pessary placed and bleeding...would not send my dog here.
Dr. Reiesha Graham is one of the most careless , impolite , and dispassionate doctors I have ever met. Definitely do not recommend anyone seeing her. She was very rude and didn’t care about any of my concerns and seemed annoyed with me asking questions. Will be finding a different doctor. Terrible experience.
Worst service ever it's like the staff forgets your in the office. It doesn't matter if your in the waiting or the exam room. On multiple occasions we were in the office 3 to 4 hours on multiple visits for what were suppose to be routine checkups. Try explaining that to your boss if your job doesn't have flexible scheduling. It seems as if the staff is scared of their own shadows when it comes to making determinations on the health of the mother or the child. They send you for multiple test over and over again only to tell you the samething from the first test. One of the Doctors is rude as hell and would shadow you at the front desk to make sure you wouldn't request another doctor. They never can seem to remember your appointment dates or payments you've made even with the computer right in front of them If I could I would rate this place a zero out of five stars. You probably would get better care and treatment for your loved ones in a third world country than this place.
I was scheduled months in advanced. They called me to change my appointment once then called again to tell me they will be closing in September and aren’t accepting new patients. I already had an appointment they changed. Now I can’t get in anywhere until November. Worst place ever.
