The Chester County Museum is a collection of important artifacts pertaining to the History of Chester County, Tennessee. This is a project sponsored by Leadership Chester class of 2011.
We are looking for anything old (before 1980) that has historically importance to Chester County Tennessee. Do you have any old pictures you would like to donate to the Museum? Have any artifacts that you consider important to the history of Chester County?
Help us perserve a small piece of Chester County for future generations to see.
We are specifically looking for items that fit the following catagories:
Pre-History, Native American (arrow heads, etc)
Civil War
Farming/agriculture
Education
Industry
Religion
Famous or important people from Chester County ( for example: Sue Shelton White, Eddy Arnold)
BBQ Festival
Civic Organizations
