Maybe I expect too much. Checked the website and made sure Walmart was open early. I get to customer service and I say Good Morning can I make a return? The lady says what time is it? That threw me off but I say 6:57. She says you got two minutes. She went on doing whatever she was doing. She didn’t say good morning, didn’t give any explanation. Then she comes o er and decides she needs a mask on. She wasn’t even cordial. No ok come this was, no ok we can start now….nothing. Not upholding the Sam Walton mission.
I shop here for most things, the employees are not really familiar with things because it seems their turn over rate is high but not sure. So if you go shopping here you better know where things are. Also there's always a shortage of cashiers. Products are usually good and on hand.
Walmart pick up for this location is so awful. You’re given a one hour window to pick your order up. However, you may sit there for two hours after that window before you actually get your order. The number on the sign…….. nobody answers it. Customer service on the app…….. extremely unhelpful.
We've had better customer service here than any WM we've visited amongst all our travels. Chester Virginia is by far the best. You can almost always just about finding someone to point you in the right direction or answer your questions. We are pleased with our WM.
This place is an absolute MAD HOUSE. Homeless begging in front of the store. Employees who have no clue what's going on. I wouldn't have ever come to Walmart if it wasn't for the sale of the item I wanted. And in retrospect that's wasn't even worth it.
Carts were all over the parking lot. No carts available in the store. Store was messy and nothing was in stock. Employees were standing around talking when there was so much to do! I usually like this place maybe 3 and a half stars but July 28th at about 7:00pm, the place was not up to Walmart standards.
I went to their gardening section to purchase some plants I noticed from the week before that looked really great. However, the majority of the plants were under watered and dying. And still full price. I felt disappointed.
Found my pool supplies and cleaning materials. This Walmart is always so busy but my cashier moved the effortlessly even though the customer in front of me kept changing herind if she wanted items or not.
This location have store associates who are helpful and attentive. Twice I needed assistance locating items, and when I was using the self check out, an associate caught someone under ringing trying to steal. So much entertainment always at Walmart
Let me start off by saying I called this Walmart seven times before I ever got a chance to speak with somebody, I was searching for a TV at a good price and found it and it said it was only available at the Walmart in Chester. After the seventh time somebody told me it was there if it said it was there online so I drove there just for the large man working in the electronics department to tell me he knows their stock, and that TV isn’t there and refused to look in the back. He told me I should have called before coming in, and that he hadn’t answered any phone calls today… it took me an hour to get to this Walmart so needless to say, I am livid, and I know Walmarts are notorious for sucking, but this one has the top of the mall for me.
