To the crew working on Sept 1 around 230, 300. I was the driver in the black f150 that had a seizure and somehow, miraculously, pulled over in front of BP without hitting anybody or anything. You guys taking my truck to the station so it didn't get towed was greatly appreciated.but more so getting me to NWM. I thank you so much and wish there was a way I could talk to whoever personally. God bless
Great group of guys. The firehouse was amazing. Thank you guys again for the hospitality and the heroes you are. Spider thank you again!!!!!!!
Absolutely Fantastic People/Heroes Thank you so much for your amazing Hospitality
Awesome tour from Tom on Engine 42. He was so giving of his time to show 4 kids the engine, truck, and ambulance. Thank you so much for your time. These kids were so impressed!!
Henry M is a god sent. We have a flat tire and he jumped into action to help! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!!
My nephew is obsessed with fire trucks and they literally made his day. Super friendly! Thanks so much!
My daughter wanted to take baked goods to say thank you to them. She started this project back in the summer. On a rare weekend in the city we wanted to do a CFD. So this one was close to our parking garage. Upon walking up a bay door was open and we walked up. From where we were-we could see 2 people sitting at a table and a man 10 feet in front of us in uniform speaking to 2 adults in street clothes--possibly other visitors. He seemed bothered to be interrupted but asked how he could help. So my daughter said "we have baked goods" and he took the bags from her, barely said hello or asked what was there much less said thank you. After an awkward 30 seconds he went back to talking to the others and I said "well have a nice day". My daughter didn't even get a photo with anyone and was so disappointed. They were the 20th station she donated baked goods to. I spent our drive home trying to explain it was bad timing but knowing others in the fire service I was assured this is not how they would normally treat a young visitor. Disappointed but still supportive.
I’m in the hotel next door and can’t believe how frequently they’re called. Thank you for your service
My kids eyes lit up when they saw the fire trucks and these guys were kind enough to show us the trucks and even took some pictures. Kids were talking about it the whole way home.
The guys were just returning from a fire as we showed up and the Lt immediately came up and welcomed us and told us to look around, take pics and though I'm sure he was tired and hungry he took the time to chat...Being a retired FF it's nice to know that no matter where we go around the country we all share the bond of brotherhood...Thanks to all the guys on the day shift on Saturday 6/10/17...
