We are NOT cardio kickboxing. We teach actual fighting techniques, using traditional Muay Thai and modern western techniques for sport fighting or self defense. Cardio and FULL BODY conditioning is part of Muay Thai training. get in to shape AND learn how to fight. All levels are welcomed and train in a friendly constructive atmosphere. No bullies allowed nor tolerated!
