Chick-fil-A Palm Harbor closed for remodeling on 7/7/2017 at 9pm and will re-open BIGGER and BETTER than before in November of 2017. We LOVE our customers and invite you to follow along our journey with us!!

The amount you for what you pay for is ridiculous. Sandwiches getting smaller but same quality. Service was quick and friendly though. They always have someone in the lobby cleaning up. It’s great that unused sauces get saved.Recommended dishes
Earlier today at 7:15 am, I went through the Drive-Thru and ordered a spicy chicken biscuit and a Mini 4ct but was given hashbrowns instead of the mini. So after I got off work, I called the location to report the incident, and the "manager" who answered the phone at 5:05 pm was rude and disrespectful. He started to blame me instead of apologizing for what happened. This man shouldn't be working for this wonderful company.
My roommates decided to surprise me. They brought home wonderful tasting chicken buckets, with a order of big fries. No soda, as I only drink water, milk or zero 7up. The meal was delicious. Had to save the fries for breakfast. I'm watching my diet.Food: 5/5
This location is an embarrassment to the franchise. No reason to get poor quality for the prices you charge. Real picture of order of kids fries.
This location seems to be getting increasingly more stingy with the condiments every time I do a pickup order, app order or third party order such as DoorDash, Uber eats etc we put in our order. We always ask for same thing my meal I always ask for several mayo packets and my spouse always asks for two of the jalapeño salsa. Over the course of past few months it has always seemed to go down until our order this morning. We got 0 mayo packets and only 1 salsa. It’s a shame that we live in palm harbor and must now use other locations for future dining experience.
Two mornings in a row I've been to this location and both times I got the completely wrong order. I just wanted a sausage biscuit and an Orange Juice. Now I won't be coming back. Don't waste your time they can't handle a small line of cars.Food: 5/5
I wish all "fast food" places took notes from Chick-fil-A! We literally decided to swing in here, because Taco Bell across the street dining was closed. It was a very pleasant experience as they had an employee manning the dining area asking if we were satisfied and IF WE REQUIRED REFILLS for our drinks how awesome is Chick-fil-A?! My meal was tasty and the chicken was nice and juicy! Love Chick-fil-A!! Parking: Plenty of parking
I really hate that I moved to palm harbor only because I have the WORST CFA establishment near me. I swear it like when they are hiring they post a sign “idiots apply here”. MY ORDER IS NEVER CORRECT when I go to the waste of the palm Harbor establishment. & they never make up for it so half the time my money is wasted. I’ve never felt this way about ANY CFA I’ve been to in my life. A disgrace to the CFA name. I’ll be using a CFA in a different city from now on.
Food quality Original sandwich is NOT as I once loved, and their waffle fries were served 1/2 full and cold. Counter staff 'Maxxx' was indifferent, and almost rude - very unlike Chick-fil-A previous visits.
