Guy took my order and totally just gave me whatever he thought was best. I ordered a plain salad with only extra cheese only the yellow cheese and extra eggs and grilled spicy chicken. I got a salad with everything in it and no extra cheese and both white and yellow cheese and grilled nuggets. I was mad they got it wrong the first time so I had to wait and it was still wrong the second time so I just left. Smh disappointed.
Did curbside pick up and had to leave. Food was incorrect. Fries were half full. If we had the time, we would have turned around and had the entire meal either redone or refunded. This is not the kind of service I have come to expect from Chic Fil A. Parking: This is a very tight parking lot. Bigger SUVs, trucks, large cars, vans, etc, may find it difficult to park, or navigate.
First off the young man who brought my order to curbside was wonderful and polite. However, I ordered a chicken sandwich for my child, only to discover that they had given me a spicy chicken sandwich that my kid could not eat. If I had wanted a spicy sandwich, I would have ordered a spicy sandwich. Very disappointing.
Got cones here after McDonald's across the street wasted our time making me drive around twice only to tell me they weren't serving ice cream cones. This Chick Fil A, despite having a line around the store most of the day, is always on point and quick to fix any errors when they're not--and the wait usually isn't agonizing to boot. Will be coming here from now on.
I normally brag on Chick-fil-A restaurants, but not anymore. The service is terrible especially with the general managers. I talked with Hunter. He did not care that they had sold me a spicy southwest chicken salad without the chicken or salad dressing. They gave me lettuce and one cherry tomato. We were given the wrong number to customer care twice. One was a scam number that wanted our credit card number to send out a gift certificate. They are aware of customers dialing this wrong number but this is the number that was given to us. What if we didn’t know better and had given out the number. We had Mattie to repeat the number to make sure we were dialing the correct number because she gave us a emergency medic alert company the first time. That was two hands that touched my order that forgot the chicken and another one that forgot the dressing but I am loss because of the employees
Where do I start.... The food is very good. It's has to be because I waited for about 25 minutes easily before it was my turn to order. With thirty cars in line ahead of me, not to mention twenty cars behind me also waiting in line at the drive-thru. I'm very surprised there isn't a accident because the cars are everywhere. The employees look on their faces..... they rather be elsewhere. Plus they are trying to keep the massive traffic pile up flowing. With no surprise about the long lines, that makes the evening news quite often. C'mon Chick-fil-A, as much money as your bringing in. You know your prices aren't cheap on your food. But can't you do something about the traffic flow waiting to place a order for your delicious but expensive food?! I think next time I'll take my business to Zaxby's. The chicken at Zaxby's, is actually just as tasty as Chick-fil-A. Plus...no long lines in the drive-thru, That is a massive plus Features: Not sure because the drive-thru line is so long you can't get into the store.
I never leave bad reviews, however this chick fil a has consistently let me down! Every time I order here, they never fill the fries up. I’m not expecting the boxes of fries to be over flowing, but these aren’t even half way full.
Great taste in milk shakes and very good quality in chicken always. The service is the best with the best young people in the neighborhood. Management has high standards.Food: 5/5
Did not complete order properly spent almost $40 all the fries were undercooked so they weren’t crispy, gave use 3 package of catch up for a 5 people order and my wife asked for a crispy wrap and received a grilled. All I wanted was Extra pickles got one more than the normal two. Really The under cooked French fries is what started this review.
I’m a huge a chick fil a fanboy but this is the worst chick fil a experience I ever had. I usually don’t check the bag till I get home because they are usually good about getting the order right. I got offensively bad soggy fries that were over salted. No straw for my drink. The chicken sandwich was decent but still bad for chick fil a standards. Another bonus half of the staff were wearing their masks under their chin. Either wear them or take them off. For context I order an hour before closing so I’m assuming they stopped caring near closing. This is the first and last time I’ll visit this location. Good Luck!
