I work right next to this chick-fil-a and I will say I so disappointed with how the service has been here lately. The bald headed manager & the two brunettes at the counter are some of the rudest customer service employees I have encountered in a while. It would be something if it’s only happened once or twice but it’s every time I go in now. Definitely going to just get in my car and go somewhere different for lunch now.
We have been loyal Chick Fil a customers for years. This location is very near our home. We have always gotten delicious food. However, for the past three or four months, our Chick Fil a sandwiches have been overcooked and were hard. Not every time but at least 3 of the 4 times we’ve ordered the chicken, it has been over cooked. Please cook our chicken like you used to cook it!

This chick-fil-a is something else. It was amazing. Everytime I go through the drive through it is very efficient and quick. Rarely do I ever spend more than 5 mins in line. The workers are polite and courteous and they take their jobs seriously. If only other places could have the service with a smile like chick-fil-a has. The world would be a happier place indeed. I keep coming back cause I like the service I receive!! It’s top notch!!
Eat here at least once a week. One of the nicest staffs I’ve come across. Always a very clean location, inside and out! My guess is that is also the reason they stay busy with little to no wait time.Recommended dishesChick-Fil-A Waffle Potato Fries, Spicy Chicken Sandwich
BEST CFA in the state! Never have any problems! The food is great and there is almost no wait time! We visit this location frequently and will continue to do so!Food: 5/5
What can be said about Chick-fil-A? They are always very polite, friendly and above all, fast. Too bad all fast food places can't follow their lead.Food: 5/5
I saw this location from the main Street and decided to stop for a quick bite. It was easy to get in and out of the location. I went through the drive thru for a salad and was impressed by how fast the service was. I was in and out in a matter of minutes. Their food and service is trusted. I will be back. If not this location, definitely another.
Pretty underwhelming experiences here lately. ALWAYS getting shorted on my sides that's a medium bowl, none eaten yet, nowhere near full! I've also been getting some subpar chicken sandwiches lately : I don't wanna have to drive to Pelham for CFA, but at this rate, that might be happening soon. CFA is generally a very consistent fast food joint, but the only thing this CFA has consistently done lately is disappoint me!
This is one my favorite ones in the area. Their service is always fast here and fries cooked well. Kind of a weird drive thru arrangement but it works. Just not the easiest to get to.Food: 5/5
