I highly recommend Chimneys R Us to inspect, clean and replace or repair your fireplace and chimney structures. They have excellent customer service, they are professional and prompt. After inspection of the fireplace and chimney, they did some repair work and installed a new log insert. It is beautiful and generates lots of warmth! They were very helpful with suggestions and ordered exactly what I wanted. Everything was explained in detail and in writing.

Was looking to have a fireplace installed. I had received another quote just for install and was given a 10 week lead time. Called Chimneys R US and Gene was out the same day to take all his measurements. We had a quote for running a new gas line, drilling through existing slate and unit install by that afternoon. They found the unit that I was looking for and held it even though I hadn't signed a contract. Quote was less than competitor for comparable work and I didn't have to get someone else for the gas line. They were professional and courteous throughput and made it easy! Love my fireplace and highly recommend!!!

They came and accomplished the work I requested. The Tech was friendly and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain to me how to operate the remote fireplace. Carol at the office is very polite and friendly and scheduled an appointment time convenient for us.

Carol Carol was so helpful on getting the replacement parts that I needed for my Vermont casting woodstove . She was very knowledgable about the product . Was very Courteous and never tried to rush .Got my order together as soon as she had all the information . Customer service was Very good .
