Ashley W. was our bather & the entire reason our experience was perfection! She was so knowledgeable & explained everything clearly. She is a dog whisperer I’m convinced! She has such a way with dogs, I felt like I was leaving my dog with a family member. My dog had never been to a groomer & I was so scared she’d hate the kennel & blow dryer but Ashley’s touch calmed her down. Kept me informed during the process to assure me. Was done in under the time frame given. Experience was better than expected. In fact, I wouldn’t book another visit unless I could have Ashley be involved, she was absolutely the reason it went so well! I hope PetSmart knows how essential this employee is & give her a raise!
I stopped on my way home this morning to grab door food and fish food. I walk in the store, put my daughter in the cart, and I'm greeted with umm do you have a grooming appointment? I tell him no I want to grab dog food and fish food and he was like yea were only open for grooming appointments come back in an hour. I told him my dog food and fish food will cost more than a grooming and I'm already here and was turned away. I understand I should have checked the time but turning away myself and about 4 or 5 other car loads of people seems like bad business practice. I've easily have spent thousands at this store between my dogs and setting up multiple fish tanks over the years and will gladly start going to petco or anywhere else for that matter if ringing up product is too difficult for thebstore employees.
I bought my two guinea pigs here back in August. They are still healthy and happy! I will say, the lady who sold them to me didn’t know much about guinea pigs. She convinced me to buy a wheel for them which I later found out is bad for their backs. Do your own research before you buy from here! Still very happy with my purchase.
They help us to get the prescription food for our kitty , out of stock every where. From customer service on the phone and the guys at the store, petsmart is awesome , so kind and caring. Thank you so very much!!!
I love AJ for grooming. Have been going to her for two years since I first got my puppy. She is so kind, and really listens to what I want in a haircut. I drive an hour to go see her since I moved away. I will not be getting a new groomer! Thanks AJ! Me and penny love you!
Terrible support for their products! We are in Petsmart monthly, mostly for grooming which we love however our recent experience with Petmsarts support was disappointing. We called for our 9 month old Topfin 36 gallon fish tank that started leaking and was told it does not have a warranty past 60 days. Who makes a fish tank to hold 300lbs of water inside a home and does not support workmanship defects and poor quality? We are being told only 55 gallon and larger tanks have warranties which is absurd. This is how you lose customers and Petsmart just lost one.
We recently got a new puppy and of course took her to pick out all of her goodies! The staff was so helpful and sweet! They loved on our sweet pup and gave some really good advice and information! They offer PetHotel, DayCamp, Vet Services, Grooming, and Training! One Stop Shop for sure! I highly suggest using this PetSmart! We also spoke to the trainer, Carl, he was beyond helpful and we can’t wait to have him help up with training!
Go buy fish. The fish appeared to be in poor condition, over crowded, dying, too many in one tank. Staff were nice, and knowledgeble. Don't know if possibly people are not buying many fish causing over crowding.
It's a cleanly store but I wouldn't buy any kind of dog chew from there they carry unsafe brands
The store is well lit and clean.here is plenty of stock available. The staff people are friendly. T
