Chipotle Mexican Grill

I'd avoid this Chipotle if I were you. Came in for a bowl and they were out of every single meat except for barbacoa. They were also out of brown rice. Staff clearly had lack of communication with each other and looked miserable. Workstations behind the counter were dirty and disorganized. Area where soda dispenser and utensils were was also full of other people's garbage. I wish they would take more pride in their work

This time, they did well on the food. I wish they filled my bowl more, though the place sometimes is very dirty, but this time is fairly clean. They have very good refreshing drinks and outdoor sitting area. Vegetarian options: Ask

Very dirty in here. Bad service took a long time to order food and there was only 2 people on line.Food: 2/5

Trying not to be over critical about a fast food chain but the place was dirty, pick up area was discombobulated, the staff was obviously puzzled and my pick up order was done horribly wrong. Cross County maybe be a longer wait but they never messed up my order this bad. Also did not have the most welcoming reception when I arrived directly under the pick up sign and was told I’m “in the wrong spot” and to move, meanwhile I’m patiently staring at my pick up for 3-5 mins. Hope they improve and my next review is a more positive one!

I waited nearly 10 minutes before I was assisted when NO ONE was in front of me. Everyone was more focused on cleaning up and putting stuff away even though it was still 30 minutes remaining before close! They put small amounts in my wrap and I paid $15.23 for a small, cold wrap in which I was still hungry!! In other locations of Chipotle I never had an issue; never again in that location!! No one thanked me or even looked me in the eye! I was treated as if I was a “burden” for ordering food.

I was literally just in this chipotle and asked for half chicken half steak. The gentleman serving me made a mistake and give me a full portion . I explained this is not what I asked for and should not be charged. They still proceeded to charge me for the extra chicken. This is unacceptable as it is not what I asked for. If anything they could have REMADE it and charged me correctly. Again I should not be charged for their mistake / for their error! I am livid at this point. Do better and train your staff better.

Usually pretty good. Sometimes items from kids' meals are missing but they fix the issue promptly. Today, however, not sure what happened but place was full of smoke and order couldn't be completed so I had to waste time requesting a refund through the app and calling customer service. Now I'll be going home to cook after a full work day. Hope all the workers are ok.

This is the most disgusting Chipotle I have ever been to in my life. They don’t clean the tables or the floor and they just let the garbage pile up. Don’t get here. Lastly, the guy at the register was super rude.

Made an online order, it wasn’t there when I walked in. They said it was already picked up, the same thing happened to two other people. They need to keep the orders behind the counter and verify before handing them over. We will never go to any Chipotle again, would give zero stars if I could.

Worst Chipotle ever. Dirty. The workers have no idea what they are doing. No sense of urgency. I asked for a cup after paying for a fountain drink and they rudely responded with, really? NEVER GO THERE!!!! Also, they missed an entire bowl in my order and made the orders completely wrong. Will never be going back!!!!
