This is my new go-to place. Excellent service, decent prices, excellent food, quality bread and a beautiful dining room with adjacent parking lot. There is a dine-in Look theater across the street. This is wonderful. In Dobbs Ferry off of the Saw Mill Pkwy. Parking: Adjacent and all around the shopping plaza.
The food is excellent, but the staff are indifferent and need to seriously pay attention more. Sometimes, it takes several attempts to get their notice, and they do not check on customers nearly enough. The management needs to take note as the restaurant is great other6. My other sole note is that they should go to cloth napkins. Paper napkins in an otherwise classy restaurant are tacky.
Everything was great at the restaurant. The food was done right and with good amount of food. Tried Pan Seared Salmon and Alla Vodka. Both were great. Staff was attentive to our needs. We ended with a Tiramisu cake and it was the best Tiramisu, I ever had.
My family and I came to celebrate my son’s white coat ceremony, we had a party of 15 people. I had called 2 months prior to the ceremony to make a reservation to which one of the managers told me he could give my family and I a private room. I even went into the restaurant with my husband where the other manager showed us the private room we would have. However 2 days before my sons graduation the manager called and said we did not have the private room because someone had booked it prior to us. I was disappointed however he told us we could sit in the regular dining area and took full responsibility for the mistake. Although I was hesitant I decided to still come in with my party of 15 for dinner since the manager was very apologetic and guaranteed a discount. When we got there however, we were dissatisfied with the service. Our waitress messed up 3 of the orders and forgot one entirely. On top of this, no one ever came to check on us while we were eating. Once we finished dinner no one came to clear our table and when we looked around for our waitress she was outside eating and on her phone. I had to go to the manager to come have our table cleared when the restaurant was not busy and had plenty of staff. Our waitress never even came back to take our dessert order or apologize. Not to mention the quality of the food was not that great either. Overall it was a very disappointing experience and I will not be coming back.
Their large garden salad cost 12.50 now Had no romaine as was advertised. Only shredded iceberg lettuce seemed like out of a bag. It didn't even have cheese or croutons, only a few bland cherry tomatoes. Also cucumbers, sliced black olives, pimientos and red onions. But all fairly tasteless. The nice oil and vinegar dressing made it just OK. But the worst part was it gave me a bad case of the runs for about 6 or 8 hours. I can only recommend the supremo pizzette as my husband enjoyed his and I tasted it- was pretty good. Waitress very nice. Comfortable booth. A bit over priced for what we got.
Greatfood, service and atmosphere. Try the Arancini...so delicious. On the way out we ran into an employee named Ciara and she was so helpful and friendly.Food: 5/5
We came with a group of 12 and ordered a variety of items on the menu. The hostess was able to seat is in the backroom so we could all sit together. The staff had decent service but the taste of the food was mixed based on our group. We wished our waiter had came by and checked on us a few times. They ended up forgetting to bring out one of our orders but had charged us for it. Luckily we brought it to their attention and they were able to adjust the bill. For the price, we were expecting more flavor in the sauces. For me especially, the gluten free pasta did not taste good and the Bolognese sauce was a bit watery. Overall, it's a cool venue to try and the staff was nice to us and we had a good time.
Just had an excellent experience in this place. The lady on the check in desk made sure that we sit in a comfortable spot. Leila our water took an excellent care of me and my family and she is a wonderful human being. The other staff who interacted with us was friendly too. The food was very good. I will come back again.Food: 4/5
Really solid spot. Kind and quick service paired with tasty food makes for a great meal. The space is clean and nicely decorated. Don’t miss the paninis for lunch!Recommended dishes
It's always a pleasure to enjoy all the food and customer service at this delicious establishment. This is one of my restaurants for a great meal no matter what time of the day or night for events. They really treat customers well and the food is delicious!Food: 5/5
