The doctors are wonderful but the front desk Yvonne person is terrible, rude, unprofessional and not compassionate at all! This is the note we sent to the manager and received NO response! On June 2nd, I called the DeVargas Medical Center to inquire about an MRI that I had a week and a half ago. I spoke to Yvonne and inquired about the results of my test. It has been a long road trying to get an MRI approved by my insurance and I have been in quite a bit of pain so I was anxious to get some information. Yvonne was not only completely unhelpful but she was also rude and unprofessional. She told me that they never received the results and after I told her that the place that did my MRI had faxed it over twice, she said that the results were stuck in a holding system. When I asked when the results would be ready she rudely said she had no idea. I asked if I should call back in a day or a week she said again that she had no idea. She made no attempt to tell me when or if my results would be ready and promptly got off the phone. My wife called her several hours later and she also received a rude and unwelcoming response. As a patient, I would like to feel as though I am being treated with respect and compassion when calling about medical records. Knowing that this woman has access to all of my personal records does not give me comfort given the lack of professionalism that both my wife and I experienced yesterday.

Terrible service. They don't return phone calls and make mistakes with prescriptions that they prescribed. Besides calling the wrong pharmacy they also wrote a prescription that cost me 3 times $70 more than what it would have been if they had done it correctly. The urgent care side Marcie is good but the health center side is very unprofessional. And I have called the clinic manager and got no response.

My wife injured her ankle and we selected this location for care. The staff was positive and on the case promptly. She saw a professional within twenty minutes. Their bed-side manner, diagnosis, x-ray, detailed explanation, immediate action plan, and referral to a specialist were all excellent. We were on our way in about an hour.

Your receptionist are very rude and make it impossable to schedule apoinments. They are disrespectful and just plain ignirent. Please consider firing them. I am going to look for a new doctor. One that I can acctuly get scheduled to see. When used your urgent care. They look at me for a minute. Then sents to the er. Where they did what they should have done in your urgent care. then i got a bill from both. don't waist your time anyone.

I just called today to schedule an appt. 9/12/17 and the receptionist I don't even remember her name was so disrespectful! She getting my information and sh3 asked what doctor do I want I simply asked well whaling doctors do you have she named them I picked one she's like "Ugh, well they only work twice week and don't have nothing til November" I said that is fine with me and she like " really" and hung up on me and I called back thinking maybe I had got disconnected sure enough I mentioned we just got disconnected and hung up on me again. If you don't want to be a receptionist and have good customer service skills or maybe you do not like the doctor it is not my problem no need to be disrespectful and unprofessional !!

Worst service ever. The ugent care is separate from the clinic but their phone number is combined but only transfers you for the clinic so you can't contact the on call Dr from ugent care about results or prescription. They take long, and you leave messages and they never called back. Waited on hold to speak with the nurse or doctor for 30 min. Left messages, never got called back. Go somewhere where they care and have more staff to help.

After seeing Dr. Tsawang at Devargas Center for about 2 years now, she missed a broken hip, and has let me wait for 3 weeks now without medicine for asthma. Evidently they do not know that there are no generic inhalers, so my insurance company refused prescription after prescription. Now she is frustrated because of the NM health insurance plan - which I would think a health facility would be familiar with, and has told me to find another doctor. She's frustreated. Well, I CAN'T BREATHE. I guess that doesn't bother them. so I will find another doctor WITH PLEASURE. I withdraw my former recommendation and now suggest that you go anywhere but to a Christus St. Vincent medical facility, and see anyone but Dr. N. Teswang. One time I went there for a scheduled pre-op physical and was told they had a doctor who could see me but he was not covered by insurance. So I would have to pay the full office visit cost. Ridiculous. Poor clinic management. Poor doctors. They don't answer phone messages and don't answer emails. Personally, I don't think they care.

i like dr care however she will not renew a prescription until I go in. So they put me on hold to make an appt, disconnect me and here I sit an hour and a half later and they will not answer my calls, just stuck with a recording that keeps telling me they care about me but they will never pick up the phone. Waited 40 mins, tried again and the same recording over and over again. They disconnect me, should have called me back but did not and now I cannot get an appt, cannot get my medicine! This site says they are open til 9 tonight, been calling since before 6 and they will not answer, not very good service, considering another clinic!

Dr. Parke is my doctor and she is fabulous. The front desk staff were great, when I was called my doctor's assistant let me know how long it would be before I could be seen. Great doctor, and staff.

My doctor is great!!! I am sad to find out the people working behind the scene that take messages do not return calls and nurse assistant does not receive her messages given numerous times.
