Dr Watson is amazing and very kind. He takes time to really discuss all concerns and potential procedures, risks and benefits to his patients. The staff were all very kind and accommodating. By far the best office experience I have had in years!

Worst place ever! Appointments rescheduled multiple times, no follow through. still waiting for my next test, the windiw period closes Saturday. Estevan at front desk needs sensitivity training.

Returned for excruciating chronic back pain and was told all they could do was refer me to physical therapy. I was already a patient who had had surgery prior and was met with total lack of compassion and there was no urgency for my situation whatsoever.

Dr Shields saw my father and said he needed a psychiatrist on his first visit because my father didn’t show pain or complain from his systems. He didn’t even try to understand my father’s situation and condition. I would never recommend him to anyone

I was recommended to Dr. Shields by another neurologistWho I was not familiar with and was only appointed by insurance. who did not specialize in my problem. Upon walking in I was ignored for over 15 minutes they had a camera mounted to the ceiling of the right side of the room. So I know someone had to know I was there I heard people in back making noises but no one came to the desk to greet me. Since it was my day off I continued to wait and another lady of a different race came in stuck almost her entire body in thru the front window and said "Hey" Shocked I continued to stand their because this was doctor I was referred to...after the one lady was greeted another came up to the window on the right. She was a older lady and was very caring considering I was a burn victim with a head injury. She explained that they needed more tests before I could see Dr. Shields. After getting the tests I called back and somehow got a nurse Victoria Ward stated Dr. Shields would have to look at my test results and call me back. A week pasts and still no call I left at least 3 messages on their voicemail. So with no return call I had another appointment in town so just showed up to see if I could get a appointment or referral I asked to speak to Ms. Ward who looked at me and stated,"Uggh what happened to you?" After that I just asked for a referral and she stated, "I haven't gotten around to that yet call back later." As I began to state it had been a week and I left multiple messages she turned her back and walked toward the back as I talking. Upset I asked to speak to a supervisor or physician who the front desk person claimed wasn't there. I walked out and will never go back again! If this is how Dr. Shield's nurses and staff are I can only recommend run people run...

I have had 3 successful craniotomies that Dr. Dr. Shieldsdid and Dr. Dr. Shields and all the staff have been extremely encouraging and have had a wonderful bed side manner. They have made the experience as comforting as possible. I highly recomend him.... Thank you Dr. Dr. Shields and staff

Be aware. Dr Shields has been condescending with us. Also we has not followed thru with us regarding to a procedure. He had to wait weeks in order to get an appointment.

WONDERFUL-FABULOUS, He gave me back my life, I am now 5 weeks post op from back surgery, spinal cord decompression and feeling great, filled with gratitude and appreciation for everyone who was part of my care team. I am now back caring for my animal sanctuary, feeling blessed to walk upright, to have my bodily functions working again. So if you need a Neuro, This practice is where you should be. He was the best , He performed surgery on my mother and did great things for Her. This was before social media .. We miss him here in the Ceredo .
