After my total hip replacement at Christus St. Vincent I went to this facility for my physical therapy. Although I was able to get appointments immediately, the care I received was sub par. I was shared among one physical therapist and two assistants, who I felt treated me with the care I’d expect from an assembly line..cookie cutter approach with no special card given regarding my unique physical situation. I quit after 4 sessions, one session which left my back hurting so much I had to spend the next day lying down. I’ve had physical therapy for many years with various physical therapists, and have always been very happy with my outcomes. I would never recommend this place,
Even their integrity hotline won't help you. I can't get scheduled. The front desk hardly answers and their scheduling department doesn't return calls.
I have been trying to get care here for the past several months. I desperately need rehab PT and have looked everywhere. I was hopeful to get in here after finding out they had availability and seemingly great care. After 3 months and several orders from my doctor, I’m giving up on this place. Everytime I called them, they had misplaced the order for PT, or they were “in the process of printing it out”, or any other list of excuses to not schedule me. They always insisted they would call me back. they didn’t, not even once. In the time I’ve wasted trying to be seen here, my condition has rapidly worsened. Don’t even bother with this place, they do not care.
Super nice people here but I cannot recommend. Even though they know how to treat the whole of male pelvic floor dysfunction they refuse to do so. Instead, they rely solely on the preliminary exercised based treatment. This neither treats the whole of the issue nor the whole of the person who desperately needs advanced care. It is bad enough that the sessions are only 40-45 minutes but the hope of real help is dashed by what seems to be a lack of willingness to treat.
Had gotten appointments scheduled before I started school. After finding out they conflicted with my school schedule they did nothing to try to make it work. Terrible business would never use this place again the staff is nothing but a headache to try to work with. Don’t use this place if you don’t have to.
Getting/scheduling an appointment was very difficult and the communication was terrible. I was called one time in particular and was told I had missed 2 appointments but was never even informed of these appointments. I was called 3 times in one day asking for information and was even called close to 7pm to initially get everything situated. The therapists themselves are great just extremely disappointed in the process of even trying to get an appointment.
Lori and Glenn are really nice and provide focused exercises to help rehabilitate an injury. I've seen them for a bum knee and dislocated shoulder, both times i was able to return to the sports i love after a month or so.
All the other reviews about this place are accurate
It took them 6 tries to answer the phone, after they answered I had to wait on hold for 40 minutes, I couldn’t wait any longer so I got no help…
They never answer their phone so it is impossible to set up an appointment.
