Location is great. Near King Soopers and quick in and out. I get my dog food here and snacks. The do a reward program also. Free bag after you buy 12. Employees are friendly and people bring their dogs inside the store - dog friendly.

Today was the first time at Chuck and Dons, it was a wonderful experience. They have a vast selection of high quality cat food, and toys. The entire staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Friendly staff and clean store. As for product, they stopped carrying the food they once recommended to us, months after we switched. The water additive has been out on many occasions and I was recently advised they no longer carry the treats our pet likes. One stop shopping has been difficult for us. Additionally, I was unaware of the 45 day policy when returning an unused harness, in its original form/packaging. I was given a $19 discount toward a new purchase, instead of the $39+tax originally paid. The product was identical to others still on the shelf. Overall, disappointing.

I recently moved into town and was worried about finding a pet supply store similar to my hometown. I stumbled upon Chuck & Don's and couldn't be happier! They carried my pets favorite products and so much more. They have a rewards system and great sales to take advantage of. The store is clean and well organized. The staff in the store are super helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. So happy to have found them!

Great little pet shop. Feels like a cross between local and not local which is kind of strange. There are lots of deals online if you order ahead of time.

They should not have dog treats or chews in open bins at dog level if a few licks from a shopping dog is such an issue. Either move them or don’t allow dogs in the store. I was told to stop my dog from licking treats that were at his level while I was trying to decide which one to buy. There was no way he could have eaten one since they were too big to just swallow, I would have paid for one if he did, but don’t keep them so low if that’s a big fear…As a result I bought nothing and will not return.

The staff is kind, knowledgeable, and ready to assist. The store always has the treats and supplements my dog loves. My dog also loves coming in and getting treats and pets. A great example of how to run a pet store.

I absolutely love this pet supply store! They have such a unique selection of toys and treats, and I get the impression that their food selection is carefully vetted. The employees are very helpful and are so sweet to my dog. He gets so excited when we go here for a treat!

Great variety of treats and prices. Definitely recommend anyone to try them out. Lovely staff as well! I took my dog in and I had a older gentleman walk me through the store to show me the different types of treats I was asking for. My dogs enjoyed everything I got for them!
